Well to expand on what sort of thing works with normalfags and at least gets some response from them that isn't prepackaged.

Lets look at these two images.
The first is a saved collection of posts from this very board. Fairly recent too. Explaining why the USA invading North Korea is generally a bad move and why they want to do it anyways.
It's long, its thought out and contains a lot of reasoning.
Normalfags won't read this, if someone tried to claim it was a meme we'd laugh and say it's like something lefty/pol/ made.
If you attempted to engage them conversationally on the subject and explained all this they would barely register it, spout some prepackaged bullshit then probably move the discussion elsewhere.
It's just too much for them to think about at once.

The second image meanwhile is an electoral map of the USA showing blue districts. I forget the year, probably the last election.
It's short, simple and can be comprehended at a glance.
Essentially it's a headline. Which is what the normalfag uses as their primary means of obtaining information.

It brings us back to the three problems I expanded on in the OP.
Mainstream outlets focus on soundbites and headlines that can be integrated into the normalfags memory quickly and easily.
The normalfag is unwilling to explore a concept or matter in any depth. Typically because they don't consider it relevant.
And finally their short attention spans.

So we need to utilise the same sort of tricks as (((them))) by providing headlines and soundbites then essentially shotgunning them out there while making them easy to spread.
We can't fix the normalfag. He is what he is, but we can exploit the mechanisms that have been built into him by our (((opponents)))

The best approach I've found is to consolidate redpills into the highlights. Try doing this exercise. Name as many redpills off the top of your head in under a minute. List them like all of the redpill repositories were out of access and you can't load Holla Forums. How many could you list in under a minute?

Again, the point of this exercise is to see which redpills you hold onto the most on the fly and ones you mention without stimuli, i.e. someone mentions something and you remember another redpill. The next step of course is to catalog the redpills you would otherwise remember and to sort out redpills you have stored in your redpill archives. Since bite-size redpills are extremely effective because they represent indisputable truths that contradict jew lies, they are also the most easily meme-worthy. They're also easy to craft, as proven in the exercise I mentioned, you can find out what's the most enticing in that way or if you are a debate guy use the mental list as points you would raise if debates and list them.

Your problem here is taking the idea of the 'normie' literally. There is no normie. Just people. If you want to know how to redpill people, think about how you yourself got redpilled.
People naturally accept information which supports their existing biases, and reject that which does not. As I am now, I will be fairly accepting of anything posted here relative to how accepting of something published by the BBC, say.
This begs the question: how did your biases initially change? How might we change peoples' initial biases? It's been demonstrated that decisions are always made by emotions, and that any 'rational decision-making' occurs after the decision has been made. If you think of yourself as a rational person, all that means is your mind is good at incorporating emotionally-driven decisions into a rational world view.
So answering this question will require some honest introspection. For me, the first real shift was Muslim terrorism. That shit is fucking scary. The thought that you could be fucking dismembered just walking down the street scares people. It scares everyone. That was the first step. The second step was seeing people defend them. After that it becomes easy to incorporate many things into this narrative of fear and betrayal. And I say this not to discredit these ideas. In fact, the reason this becomes the narrative is because it seems to me to be closer to the truth than what I previously believed. It makes a lot of sense that the Jews and leftists and the Muslims are all my enemies. They say they are and then they act like they are. But it is still a narrative into which I fit events. And I'm not a NEET virgin but like anyone I've had trouble with women and employment. Everyone has. And when I see every single employer preaching diversity and everything on TV pushing race-mixing, again I feel afraid, afraid of being disinherited, or my children being disinherited, afraid that they'll have nothing, and betrayal, I'm betrayed by all these people who do this and say it is what is best for my people and my country.

Honestly, something the Left does well is make us seem simultaneously absurd and sinister. Although they constantly accuse us of 'fearmongering,' this is something we never do. You should reduce your expectations and narrow the audience you are targeting.
There's only certain people that can be redpilled.

The problem you have there is that the normalfag will perceive these as just accusations or outright lies.
There is no perception of evidence. This perception of evidence seems to be key. It's how Wikipedia maintains its position for example. Barely anyone checks the citations and sources but because the normalfag thinks they are there and have been checked they choose to trust Wikipedia.

My best results always came from situations where this perception of evidence was satisfied in the subject. Even if there was no actual evidence.

Try a more vertical approach, from a authoritative height. Unquestionable and spoken (shown) with full confidence. As a remark inside a conversation. A lingering piece of small data that upon hearing it just cant add up all lines. Dissonant in the relatable congnition. Use the 'what ifs'.

You make them uncomfortable with the possibilities that it is true. When they start following their normal behavior, you bring back that small bit of contradiction, so they discover it hinders their future enjoyment of life as it were.

Just name small bits of things that contradict themselves between 'what media says' (or consensus) and that new knowledge. Example: fags eat plants because they "can´t feel". But what if plants can communicate with more plants and show signs of suffering?

Generally speaking all memes we generate fall into one of four categories.

Bait memes designed to induce a reaction or convince us to dig deeper into something.
Informative memes which provide information. Postgrabs are a good example.
Language memes which are essentially an addition to whatever language we're using ether via new/repurposed words or images that are in themselves effectively a language at this point and used to better get across the posters ideas/intentions/feelings.
