Because (((they))) don't want anyone physically meeting or doing anything or having any kind of connection. They want everyone safely contained on boards where lots is said but nothing is ever done. People write, empty their frustrations, read similar replies, feel a bit hopeful and then go to bed. If people met up, they would be able to share ideas in a private space, and do something about it. Form real political or non political movements. Even nepotism on a large distributed scale would be something - imagine if everyone on here was offering job positions to each other, selling and buying only within this circle, that alone would make a significant difference in the lives of people here.
