I regularly visit an IB school for non-educational work reasons. What should I look for?

I was in GATE for a little less than one school year in middle school. I remember almost nothing from it, just a blur of emotions (none of them good) and next thing I remember I was being homeschooled until high school. My mother just tells me that I was absolutely miserable and whatever happened to me spooked her enough to home school the rest of my brothers, who were on the track to being GATE as well. I do remember that I used to love school and learning, it was one of my favorite things. But after that one year of GATE, I hated school, hated learning, and just sank into doing nothing but video games and Burmese comic books until I graduated high school as a straight C student. Before that, I was top of my classes.

I thought about it too, most basic exercise for ajna is to look into the dot between eyebrows, which makes a sort of triangle with eyes. Also once when i meditated with this method before sleep i started actually seeing perfect triangle, lower dots moved slowly when i breathed, but upper stayed in place. Memory is sort of fuzzy, but i remember that after some time triangle stabilized and i started seeing some soft light from above. Don't remember anything after that, maybe i fall asleep.
