I wish it were true, but have this instead.

I know for a fact that some of the ones who started Syrian war were Foreign Legion, contracted by company called (((IS))) (just like Religion of Cuck™ic state in early days of that war) and they shot both sides. Many sourced in EU and flown out via ILs in eastern EU.
But really they're from all over the show. And I wouldn't just presume they are blackwater.
