So anyway I was a Assistant Instructor, and during my time there we had a conference on "the illiberalism of Victor Orban" which was a few lectures about how Orban was a second Putin, how he was a danger to Hungarian democracy, remember the Hungarian six million, cause they are scared now Etc. What would happen to all of these plans if Donald Trump became president?" They laughed at me and my question, but eventually came around to this answer: "we don't believe even if Trump got in, that one man could change everything that has been put in place for policy direction." It's very tough. In the private sector, it's easier, because success speaks for itself, and certain people can earn their reputation as proven winners. You can test people by giving them projects, and gauge their success easily based on how much money they make you (under budget and ahead of schedule helps too).
