And also buy books and give them to read them. Discuss. Form a book discussion club. Reading a book, even if it is beginner's book like Georges Politzer's elementary principles of philosophy. Or Alexander Spirkin's Fundamentals of Philosophy. This can save much time not debating basic observation and instead move to more advanced books. Also after that, Rosa Luxemburg's Reform or Revolution offers great points on any exercise of political power by the proletariat.
Without revolutionary theory there can be no revolutionary movement. As Lenin famously said.
