By the way, is pretty logical that a respectable country with well organized armed forces doesn't consider repairing old subs as buying new ones. Imagine if the US navy instead of purchasing the Virginia class decided to take 5 years to cut a "Los Angeles class" in half and pretend to modernize it, that's just not right.
