So recently I started experimenting with medical grade like aromatic inhibitors. I first tried "Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione", but as I have learned later, it is meant to be used mostly only in a 1 month PCT…afterwards it will have huge detrimental problems to your body.
So I read about some milder forms. Mostly of novaldex. Which seems to be more suitable for longer term use. Since it also doesnt fuck with your cholesterol. But I have found out that it also has numerous downsides, along with brief mention that after you stop using them, the estrogen increases in your body once more because it helps to detox the liver???(kinda seems like a weird comment though)
So right now I started…I am thinking of doing 5mg novaldex for 2 months. And then quitting again. Getting a test of my testosterone in one week, and then one once more after I quit for a while.

the effects of these supplements…they are probably going to be near…though not totally negligible. The most potent thing that you can get is quite simple, its zinc. Since most of you dont eat enough meats where it can be found. But beyond that nothing really has huge significance on your test.

zinc is a magic bullet for more than half of the time though. Personally I am not familiar with other stuff like boron or iodine…but it seems fairly consistent that there are other deficiencies that are bound to arise from over-usage of soil. Things like b12 arent only used by vegetarians as well. Many foods are deficient in nutrients these days…but its fairly easy to fix. You could even get your blood done by a doc to see if you have any.
But once that is done, you have to tackle the beast of muscle use and being non sedentary. Once you do that…while you do that, your BMI should also be lowered…once that is done. You should look at plastics. I am not sure if there is a law of diminishing returns at work. To get the exact numbers which prevent you from getting 100% natty test that you can get with your genetics…I think that the plastics may be from 30% to 40%

Yea boron may be a cool thing. I got a supplement of that recently too, some copypaste on /fit/ seemed to be quite relevant. May be a gimmick or not, I dont know.
Its just that its hard to tell what is causing what. The 50% decrease in sperm, and near similar test (or more like 70% lol?) is very hard to attribute to anything. There is much speculation, but because of kike media/industries/science we do not have the capacity for society wide studies on the exact causes.

If you are low, you need to get LH / FSH tested and Prolactin. If prolactin is high, you have a tumor on your pituitary. You need to see a doc so they can proscribe carbogoline. If LH / FSH is low, get to a doc and get on clomid and arimidex. If LH / FSH is high, get to a doc and get on injections.

Nearly all water has birth control (which feminizes men) and pharms in it, which do not get removed during normal filtering processes. These alone will fuck you up. Filter your water with either heat or UV light (or both) and do not drink from plastic vessels.
Lock your diet down. This will include sacrifice and a lot of research. Prepare as much of your food from raw ingredients as possible. You will sleep better, feel better, heal faster, and become more masculine and less feminized.
Look into aromatase inhibitors. These are compounds that prevent your body from absorbing estrogen. American Ginseng, pomegranate, and tobacco are examples of substances that contain aromatase inhibitors. Don't smoke though, because that will hurt your ability to fight effectively.
I know it seems like a lot. But I've made only a handful of these changes in my life and it made a world of difference for me. Do as many as you are capable of right now, and then slowly work on integrating the others into your life.

Try high-rep 30-minute workouts 3 times a week for a few weeks (preferably on the same day and time each workout session). If you got access to a gym, use machines to make it easier on you. It takes little effort, but will make you adapt to keeping a schedule and working out with as few injuries and complications as possible. Progress to a bit more intense program when you feel like you own your current one.
t. complete newb who did that shit and it worked and got me into training regularly. A few months later, NOT working out at least 3-4x a week is out of the question.

I mean check out this ogre brew I made last night, these lentils are what I eat 90% of the time. 130g of protein, 11g of fiber, 1080 calories in a 1 pound bag that costs $1.26 at Walmart. What exactly do I look for when trying to gauge a store's goods? I don't know a thing about grocery stores that sells proper veggies, I can find the local butcher just fine though. Of novaldex I know that its not a "Steroid" (or is it classified as such?). It is used in post cycle therapy. To keep your endocrine system in check and to reduce the time needed to get to normal levels of testosterone again. Thats its main use. It does not directly target testosterone. Its main mode of operation is estrogen reduction. Which then CAN increase test obviously as the lower the estrogen…cortisol as well with novaldex?…the higher the test.
I asked in a couple of threads, even emailed the dude who sells sarms and it seems like its a novelish way, rarer way to use them, not for PCT.
Though…if I had to be honest… I think that there may be a lot of lazy people out there who do not want to work out, avoid a thousand fucking different things outside or spent a lot of time on generic self improvement that will improve test. Remove grain from the diet, it contains proteins that stimulate insulin production and retention far more than straight table sugar. Lift according to HIT principles. Avoid sugars as much as possible, also avoid juices and bulk dairy like milk, stick to stored fat items like butter or cheese (harder and fattier the better).
Avoid chemicals whenever possible, cotton > anything else (about all of which will be plastic fiber) - that goes fir bedsheets, rugs, drapes, furniture, anything you can get. Getting chemicals free furniture is the toughest part but we'll rewarding. All dishes and utensils should be stainless steel, wood, or silicone rubber on all the contact points, aluminum is not an acceptable out. Distilled water from bpa free containers (opaque plastic gallon jugs). Store food in unbleached butcher paper wrap, if necessary wrap plastic over the butcher paper.
Herbal supplements DO work for t, some basically qualify as steroids. Here are my two favorites
- beta ecdysterone + tribulus terrestris: take one before each workout day of a month (max 3x per week), cycle two months on one month off
- pine pollen tincture: a legit wonder, this is nothing but pine pollen (yellow shit on your car) that has been soaked in alcohol for month then strained through cheesecloth. It is adaptogenic meaning it will normalize levels of all hormones in your body. Can cycle the same as beta e, but it is weaker so instead I would suggest 2 dropperfuls under the tongue 3x daily for a month, cycle one month on one month off (it is a sublingual, you put under tongue and hold for three minutes, then spit out).
As with anything, it's possible to go over the rec dose, dsayor. Microdosing under the rec is always a good way to start experimenting. With anything you get, always look for grains in the ingredients, companies love to use wheat corn and rice as bulking agents… also avoid soy the same way.
A note of caution with all supplements, they are by and large sourced from China. "Organic" is a shat upon term nowadays because there are "organic" Chinese certified farms, and they can sell stuff to America online without saying country of origin. China as a whole is polluted beyond belief. Expect anything sourced from there to have toxic amounts of lead, arsenic, cyanide, and more, even in a single dose of the supplement.
As you might imagine, wading through the shit to find something domestic sourced is not easy, and distributors (usually some nigger jew sitting on his ass at home running a website) have no interest in helping you find this shit out nor reproduce it yourself.

It's good you're doing something, which is always infinitely better than nothing. However you really should at least throw in some leg exercises also, even if it's just dry squats or lunges. Pullups too.
Exercising a muscle raises testosterone, and your legs are the largest muscles in your body. The lats too are pretty big. You'll get faster results over the entire body incorporating these things.

I recently went through the process of getting my testosterone looked at and I had a total t level of 320. Some say that you can naturally bump it up which I did try. However, after a few months, I decided to talk to a doctor and was put on TRT. My current dosage is 150mg every week and I feel great.
Some of the biggest changes for me were:
-sleeping through the night (used to wake up at 3 am every night)
-extreme sex dive
-more focus and energy
-higher drive and competitiveness
Physically I haven’t noticed a ton I’m obviously a lot more cut but not like steroids. You don’t automatically get ripped you just are able to put on muscle where in the past it was harder. You notice that you don’t get as sore that next day after a hard workout tho.

I've been on TRT for the past 1+ years, and on low-dose HGH for the past 8 months, so I'll throw in my two cents. I'm done having kiddos, so less worried about some of the side effects.
I've been through a pretty massive transformation over the past 22 months or so. I had dropped 50 lbs. and gotten my diet and lifting on point before starting TRT. So freaking glad I did.
That said, TRT had a major definite improvement on several areas of my life. Having a few months on just the TRT, it pretty clearly had the following effects (in my opinion): 1. Better results from my workouts. Stronger. Increased muscle mass. 2. Increased confidence and feelings of dominance. 3. Lowered my voice, in a good way. 4. Increased libido. 5. Even with HCG, my balls did get a bit smaller. This is a small price to pay for me, given the overall benefits to my sexual health. 6. I swear higher testosterone makes women "want to be near me" in ways they don't quite understand. And I believe higher testosterone levels may even increase a woman's liklihood to orgasm. Not humble bragging, but women want to be physically near me and they just orgasm much more frequently for me than before TRT/HGH, and obviously especially before my transformation. This is a BELIEF on my part. 7. I think it has given me a stronger chin? The weight loss obviously contributes too. 8. Had to add Anastrozole (AI inhibitor), as my estrogen got out of whack when I first started. No biggie.
Then, I added HGH to the mix. All of this through a local men's clinic. This stuff is like magic I swear. Takes a while to notice, but I believe it has given the following additional benefits (again, in my opinion/observation): 1. More frequent morning wood. 2. Leaned me out. My body fat is definitely in the single digits these days. Striations on my shoulders. Visible six-pack. Insanely vascular now due to low body fat, and some genetics. Strong jawline. People in the gym really comment on how lean I've gotten, and especially when I'm pumped from a workout. As a 47/M, even lifting hard 6 days a week, I don't think there's any way I could be as lean as I am without HGH. 3. General feeling of well-being. Not sure how else to describe it. I just feel really great.
So, other than some ball shrinkage, I don't think I've had any negative effects from TRT or HGH, other than to my pocketbook. This is also medically supervised and above board through a local men's clinic. I get blood tests done every three months, and keep my test levels around 1000.
Again I've put in a ton of work in the gym and with my diet, before even starting this. But adding TRT and HGH just massively improved the results I get from my work.
I honestly plan to stay on this for life, as I believe it improves the quality of my life in more ways than just the physical benefits I've listed above.
Hope this is useful. I obviously recommend it for people my age that may be experiencing low T. I have no opinion on whether its good for younger folks, especially if they plan to have kids in their future. Just sharing my experience here.

So I have been thinking about making a chart about aromatic inhibitors. The natural ones first, and then maybe add in novaldex, and some things used in the PCT.
