I don't see the point in this. The believers in gender never claimed that it's the same as sex. Sex is what's determined by your chromosomes; gender merely corrolates with sex in the minds of those who believe in it.
Sex is your biology, gender is your behaviour and attitude. This is what these people believe, so slapping XX/XY on pictures is only going to reaffirm in the minds of trans proponents, that the opposition is "poorly educated on the topic."

I don't know why establishments didn't put XX and XY on their washrooms sooner. Genders are a gray area that can be interpreted in many different ways, but sex is biological.
