The reason the NSDAP propaganda worked was because it related itself to the ordinary German who at the time was on the fence about what it meant to be German. The swastika worked because until then it didn't have the stigma that it does today. It was simply the symbol of the party. Now it means all kinds of things to the people you want to convert to our side. Most of it not good. Have you considered that maybe you need propaganda that actually speaks to normal humans in 2017?
