...

ah so Vodyani are like the dust hungry lords from endless legend that is nice they were always fun to play

When is the real release date?

...

they've been pretty good at that endless legend was few months after hitting early access so nov or dev is most likely

BUT

dungeon of the endless was almost a whole year before leaving early access

where do you get underwear like that

...

China

I'm gonna need more information, does this "China" have a website?

China dot com

Hopefully its actually good

this doesn't look right, I'm starting to believe you're trying to deceive me

Alibaba

My attention has been piqued

Jackpot, have a lewd as a token of my gratitude

Yep

I'll probably try it when it gets on a sale since I don't really care about space colonization games anymore.

Give me a RPG type "Endless Spacer" game or something. Or something where you just run a space station or ship fleet across the stars.

dropped

She looks like a nog with bleached skin and a mutilated nose.

Space Jews, what did you expect?

You'd still fuck it like i would

The difference here is that its going to be completed after around a year.
All Amplitude games were Early Access

Which one plays like the Broken lords In Endless Legends?

...

I'm sure amplitude would fight against that
right?

so i take this on the same genre that stellaris and Sins of a solar empire right?

can i make a religious collective machine race that wipe all other sentient races and assimilate their planets?
i loved that in stellaris, but everything else was so restrictive and some of it didn't made any sense, like wars and revolts (revolts in a machine hivemind race that have as their focus religion and collectivism, mind you).

i'm really craving for more of that without all the shit mechanics.

...

While they aren't Religious as far as i know, but the Cravers sound like your thing.

Jesus, that guy's voice and presentation annoyed me. Gameplay looks good though.

But can you go on a quest of assimilation where i don't need to give a fuck about rules?

In stellaris i gave up the moment i saw i couldn't declare war without first writing a letter telling the fag i want to conquer his planets, and them tell him which planets i wanted for me, and i could only take as much as this "war score" let me, it was like i had to adhere to the fucking "United Systems of the galaxy" bullshit.

I just wanted some fucking genocide and purification of the galaxy.

After Sega's purchase I'm just going to pirate, Fuck Sega and what they did to Creative Assembly, I totally can't wait to buy the blood DLC.

Actually a game similar to FTL would be awesome with actual travel across space instead of dice rolls before boss fight.
Only thing that was made based on space exploration and travel is NMS, for God's sake.

Now that Sega owns them that sort of shits out, remember Endless Scrolls, yeah that's not going to happen.

frick yes

Only it is turn-based, but yis. There is always some sort of "ASSIMILATE EVERYTHING" faction. In EL there were the Necrophages (EAT EVERYTHING) and the cultists (JOIN US OR DIE. DEATH TO THE ENDLESS)

In EL you start the games straight in "Cold War" - you can attack their units in your territory and in neutral territory, but sadly actually going to war involved "sending a letter", but as soon as that happened you were free to go to town on them all you want and refuse every offer of peace.

You can give Rebel Galaxy a go. It is sadly 2d space naval combat, but it is a sandbox game where you can go trader, pirate, smuggler, vigilante, bounty hunter or whatever the fuck you prefer.

All I want is for Sega to not fuck Amplitude up.
Please.
Amplitude are one of the few non-shit devs that do Early Access right please don't fuck it up please

Cravers

I want a sci-fi fantasy game where you travel around searching for a big pay off. No saving the world, none of that shit. Its too big for you, you are just a guy (group?) with one ship travelling around and poking your nose into places it doesn't belong.

This has the added benefit, from a corporate stand point, that they can do more with the verse later without worrying about the player input. As long as they stay small, and largely separate, it would be possible to do multiple titles.

Spore.Just leave your home planet and never go back and they stop annoying you asking for help.Actually becomes a kinda interesting Indie game if you ignore the hype and unfulfilled promises.Better game than NMS

N-no, pleaseā€¦

Better than the race literally named "Weatherkin".

The reason I've stopped caring for these kind of games is that things get too big, leaving you to micromanage everything and you simply stop caring about your cool little empire and their achievements because it becomes so tedious to control all of it.

The guy who invented them did some shady shit with vote manipulation, so his entry got pushed down.

I'm talking about the current visual design contest of the Unfallen. Even so, I suppose you are right.

Is that why it was at the very bottom? Holy shit that is great.

Link? I didn't know there was a visual design contest. I might vote.

They teased us with a linux port for Endless Legend and never delivered.
Shouldn't be that hard if it's a unity game right?

Just go to the voting tab of the ES2 forums.

That is, at games2gether

What is the point of making tree-people and then make them humanoid.

Voted. Hopefully more people cast their own votes. Also I like how people who support Amplitude more get more say with their votes.

Looks pretty cool so far. I'm hoping they give you more options to customize your ships looks wise. The combat could use some work, but that's a problem with all their games I feel. Except maybe Endless Dungeon.

I'm going for the last one, or the Koradji

...

Shame it's not going to win.

the people at the bottom of the pic look like they're having a fun time
what's happening to them?

The top 3 also has another fucking fantastic design, so maybe we'll get lucky in the revote.

I don't know, user. All that retarded 'spess mafia' shit they're trying to pull doesn't look too convincing.

NEVER
EEEEVVEERR

Why must you hurt me this way? Why do people have such shit taste? Fuck you and your trips.

I smell a shill.

Wish their titles weren't so fucking casual. The galaxy was too small, the races were too few, the tech tree was a joke you could finish mid-playthrough, and the "dust" meme was shit-tier. They should draw more inspiration from games like Distant Worlds, and less from Civilization

What's really sad is that the guy in second right now came third in both the Endless Legend design contests. Guy just can't seem to catch a break.

Made me reply/10.

Really? I mean I liked the cultists, but now I'm interested on the other user factions on EL.

Other user factions on EL?
Cultist was the only user designed one. I also meant the two contests for the art design of the cultists.

I mean the user-made factions that lost and didn't get used in-game.

Aww yeah now I just need haggle some time off work, this is the only game I've been looking forward to all year.

Also, Automatons were a user-created faction in ES1.

im sure ive seen some allayi r34 posted here..

Haven't user suggestions been used as minor factions in the past? I'm almost certain it happened in Endless Legend, but I can't remember which.

But they were working on Endless Space 2 around the same time as Dungeon of the Endless, I'm pretty sure it was mostly because of the teams being split.

Have they announced the Empire faction yet? I want to purge some xenos

How?

I am just waiting for G4F to bring some more FlyByNo OST.

Voted for the best one.

Left one has gay ships and the speaking tree reminds me of that sword in Pokemon too much. I dont' find it convincing. It is high fantasy, which kind of is Endless series, but much more Legend than Space. However, it is too colourful and happy looking. Doesn't mesh with the space aestetic.

Right one are just overgrown edgelords with too much complexity that doesn't really add anything to the characters. Reminds me of Final Fantasy and belts for no reason.

Middle one looks like a great mix between recognizable sapience and the other. Their ships seem like tree Lovecraft, which meshes great with the semi-comfortable feel I get from their creature designs. Makes them more menacing. Also the art reminds me of Morrowind a bit, which is a plus.

Shit design overall. The guardian's face is kinda cool, though.

These units actually look like plant-based life.

I really wish Amplitude would get their shit together and decide what they want combat to be in their games.

Doubt that will ever happen, though, so all their games will be unfinished mediocrities that are 7/10's at best. It's a real shame and a lot of wasted potential.

Does it look promising Holla Forums?

Also space football seems neat. I like the tiny reminder of how much the enemy used a tactic.

Wait someone is shilling an actually good game?! Excellent.

Someone post that pic to Paheal.
Who knows we might convince furries to start paying each other for Endless porn.

Amplitude seems to be stepping up their game. I am going to feel a bit of remorse from pirating it at first but I am not breaking my early access rule for them. If Sega doesn't fuck them up then I am buying it.

I'll hold on until you can assure the game is good, the original Endless Space was good but in hindsight it lacked in many ways, from combat, AI or even management. And they have been doing some strange shilling concerning ES2 for a while

With that UI it looks exactly like Endless Legend in Space.

Unified UI between all of their games.
And don't fix it if it ain't broken.

That is my goal - make sure it is not shit by pirating first and waiting for reviews to come out.

For what? How much?
