Fashwave isnt deep and common enough to really be anything but a meme right now, but all the skinhead tier metal stuff is pretty off the mark and not National Socialist tier. Most skinheads are larpers, not actual National Socialists. The Jew paints the worst picture he can of National Socialism, and the Skinhead conforms to that negative image, as if it was a benefit. Vaginal Jesus, and Anal Cunt or whatever. Perfect examples, even if VG has some decent lyrics. Should have picked a better, less ridiculous name.

Whats that band who did a song about Breivik? It was like a Norwegian black metal band, or a Polish one or something. Theres one on google that keeps coming up but its not the same guys, they had very clear lyrics and his name was in the chorus.

I know very little about metal, and don't listen to much music in general. I can't keep all the sub genres straight. But I quite enjoy a handful of metal groups (Amon Amarth, Blind Guardian, Rhapsody, Korpiklaani).

I'm a sucker for mythology and Tolkien references.

This is Euro Power Metal to the max.

I have no doubt some of you who are into Metal witnessed the interminable debates between American vs. European Power Metal, but for the uninitiated, US Power Metal is a style of melodic Heavy/Speed Metal more polished than either of its parents, but rougher, more aggressive and riff-driven than its European counterpart. Some USPM also owes its inspiration to Prog Rock.

European Power Metal bequeathed Flower Metal, which as the title implies, is super slick Power Metal with keyboards and other saccharine shit; not that it's necessarily bad, but it's usually quite excessive. This is the reason Euro PM past the '80s/early '90s is lambasted by Americans.

Keep in mind the early German scene had plenty of rough sounding Power Metal. The debut albums of Scanner, Running Wild, Helloween and Blind Guardian attest to this, but the scene changed drastically once Finland got involved.

Best music collection ever. Many gym PRs will be broken.
