Also, is reisen's hitbox small or something? I noticed my dial-a alt214 whiffed when she was standing.

It was laggy so I didn't get enough hits in. The card also does more damage if I shield crush with it.

Yes, this is why I crouch a lot with Reisen.

I never expected reisen to have a smaller hitbox, she doesn't even look that small.

It's still not as bad as Yukari when she uses 2b.

We must do some reorganization on the server.

- All resource should be moved to a centralized place. It would be best to have a dedicated storehouse.
- Incomplete projects should be removed.
- Roads should be changed to cobblestone as opposed to refined stone. Buildings should be in refined stone.
- Land should be allotted so that everyone knows where to build.
- Water in farms doesn't need to be in rows. A water block fertilizes soil in a 3 block radius.

Added weather and UFOs. Weather doesn't get rendered if the player is indoors, even if they are looking outdoors. The UFO mod required the UFO to be charged with a furnace, but I disabled that. The UFO can only go forward and has a velocity, so overshooting is easy. It feels more like flying a regular airplane than a UFO.

The UFO mod has been updated. Now UFOs will drift down when empty instead of drifting up eternally, making them unrecoverable. The s key now makes the UFO go backwards instead of stopping. The UFO loses velocity faster now; combined with the s key, this should replace breaking. It's not perfect but it will do for now.

Ive never played aoe so I vote for worms. Although just because I haven't played it doesn't mean I won't.

AoE requires some learning and getting used to. It's definitely worth trying because it becomes pretty fun if you know what you're doing.

Anyone wanna play IaMP? I just started playing it a week or so ago, soku and SWR intimidated me with all the weather effects and stuff.

I got my copy of IaMP from nyaa and it came with rollcaster, which is the netplay client. I think I can just host a game and then you can connect to my IP. I'm not sure if having a router will mess with that, mizuumi isn't very clear about it. It does seem like we can just connect to the mizzumi port though, that way we don't have to worry about port forwarding

Well, you see, there's a modem and a router. A modem lets you connect to the Internet but only with one device at a time. A router allows multiple devices use the same Internet connection with one modem. It does this by assigning each device an internal IP. External ports can be forwarded to internal IPs. Thanks to this, you can have for example one device hosting a website while another hosts IaMP.

Soku is much more popular than ULiL, largely because ULiL still doesn't have a rollcaster.

ggs man, that corner pressure and okizeme is something else. Gotta get used to that kick that hits low too, I always block that wrong when you use your graze with the kick.

GGs. I am still confused by the controls. I don't understand why sometimes 6a gives a lance and sometimes it gives bullets. Am I doing two different moves without knowing? I still find myself trying to do Soku combos and confusing z and x. Alice's sliding kick is useful and easier to do than in Soku. It also grazes which is awesome.

6a is a lance when you're sort of close, and when you're really far its bullets. Check mizuumi, it breaks it down really well. wiki.mizuumi.net/w/Immaterial_and_Missing_Power/Alice_Margatroid

What is the difference between Missing Power and Soku?

Soku has flight, weather, cards, and the returning characters are a bit different.
IaMP is a more straight forward.

Pretty big I assume, though I haven't played soku. I know IaMP has no weather, smaller cast, and a different combo system

Interest is waning, we're missing regulars, it's a busy time of year, and timezones are working against us. Previously active players are missing and we're not getting new ones. It's hard to organize games with so few players, especially ones that require groups.

It's hard to start anything when there only seems to be a single person responding constantly. And it doesn't help that the summer vacation has been over for a long time, everyone is too busy going to school or working or whatever.

There is also that Touhou Puppet Dance Preformance that should have netplay.
There is also an online battle thing for an older version of Touhou Puppet Play.

Yeah it is only 1v1 battling in each puppet game, but at least for the Puppet Play one you don't need to beat the game first because its a separate client.

Is there translations for the sequels? Shit's comfy as fuck to play.

Last i read about it they were all translated already. However, apparently the sequels are encrypted in such a way that prevent translation patches from being applied unlike the first game, so it's pretty much impossible to do a hard translated version of each short of rewriting the game from scratch. You have to keep the translation notes at hand and play the japanese version while reading them, and i forgot where they were posted at last time.

This thread has links to both FMWP and FMWI, though translation's still incomplete, as in only the story is translated - battle dialogues with seishins aren't translated.

I managed to kill Yuuka on normal, but I can't think of a way to kill her on Lunatic. You need to deal 10000 damage in a single attack in order to be able to do that. Marisa needs Belief to be able to crit her, and even if you feed her and Alice you'll need to get both of them to crit to kill her without shield def proccing, realistically. You can't get Valor without cheating on the stage that she's on - there's just not enough EXP. Plus, you have to upgrade damage as much as you can, which means not feeding Keine/Nitori kills that much (on Lunatic, it means you're gonna savescum a lot) and doing unfocused kills to get more points, which is basically even more autism.

On that note, is anyone up? I can host vidya games if any of you want to play. KF, Ura panic, MM2, whatever's fine, as long as there's people, I guess.

Although it is true that the meat of this game is the BR rounds, sometimes a race or two every once in a while wouldn't be bad.
Same character allowance is fine, individual character select would take too much time (and it's a pain with the lag anyways) so keep it off.

Can anyone help me with Koumajou Densetsu II? The normal windowed resolution is too small and it won't let me change it.
ALT + Enter doesn't work but there is an option to have it full screened in the options.But turning it on causes there to be a large black bar at the bottom of my screen.

From what I recall, there should setting files you could change that lets you type it in, but that might have been another game. Although from experience with full screening games, I found that monitor settings on your machine can help and hurt. My monitor would actually stay at its set resolution, but then would have the game in the center of the screen with what ever its resolution was at, with blackvoid filling the areas in between. Which was very annoying until I changed a few options in the. You could also have your monitor/HD tv "zoom in" if it has that feature.
