The graphics are definitely disappointing; it really does look like a PS2 game with bloom or HDR laid over the top, at least it'll probably be 60fps and the actual artwork like the portraits looks good. The gameplay is sort of to be expected, it's a simplification of a dungeon crawler after all.

The Graphics aren't that awful when I started playing I thought they be pure shit but their passable and game runs fine.

Actually there is at least one dark-skinned person you can see in the game. But this game is not about black people. Japan is very homogenous country, seeing outsiders is rare to them and greeted with constant staring. Also there was a dark skinned character in PQ. I don't think they're actually going to do that in the traditional sense. They did the re-releases before because the PS2 didn't support DLC. I think they'll release DLC and add to the game over the course of the next 2 years. And then eventually release that as a complete package/GOTY editon shortly before the release of Persona 5-2/Persona 6.

I always thought Adachi's S.Link was something that should have been in the game from the beginning considering how tonally and thematically consistent it is unlike Marie and how much it develops on the juxtaposition of the protagonist and Adachi which was already in the game.
