The main character is a guy who accidentally kills his whole family in a car crash. After the crash experimental surgery is conducted on him to save his brain as he literally had pieces of his brain everywhere.
This surgery causes our main character to go fucking insane and see everything wrong. He sees things so wrong that he falls in love with an Eldritch being and shows her unparalleled kindness which she responds with in turn.
