Actually this might be partly true. Technically speaking, no, the Vikings were not of African descent and never were, not even their rapes and pillaging ever brought them any muzzie blood. However, one thing that they did take back a bit from the Muslim world was the runes. From what I remember reading, basically Viking raiders off the coasts of Southern Spain were raiding the Moorish menace and their farmers, until the muzzies got mad and sent them the Fuck You armies.
