The Ethiopians at the siege of Troy

According to a lost work of the Trojan War Cycle, Aethiopis, a contingent of Ethiopians turned up at the siege of Troy, the idea seems ridiculous but what lay behind the mythological and legendary claims is highly interesting.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aethiopis

The Ethiopians are supposedly led by Memnon;

maicar.com/GML/Memnon.html

Memnon however is not of Ethiopia but of Susa in Iran, and it is this connection that has long puzzled scholars as well as his supposed connection to Dynastic Egypt.

There are greater archetypes involved with Memnon as the Son of the Dawn and the light-bringer.

In the prologue to his Prose Edda, Snorri Sturluson euhemerises Thor as a prince of Troy, and the son of king Memnon by Troana, a daughter of Priam, thus a person of interest, the full extent of the historical considerations regarding Memnon and his relationship to Ethiopia and Dynastic Egypt and Susa are well outlined in this work;

It was in fact through Susa that trade contact with Upper Egypt had first been established as early as 3,600 BC through the Persian gulf and around the Arabian penisula landing on the Red Sea coast, at that time Susa was part of the Urukian sphere of influence.

Susa is considered within the Urukian sphere however that relationship is not well understood nor the route of the transmission of the seals to Egypt, in fact though Susa was the end point of a whole series of staging posts that extended Urukian influence through Central Iran at Tepe Sialk and into NE Iran through sites such as Godin Tepe in aquiring resources from the highlands, and that they were working in conjunction with those populations, thus Susa was acting as a hub.

grepal.free.fr/articles/emmanuelle_honore_icom_anglais.pdf

Only in very recent times has this connection been fully realized, that Susa had made contact with Naqada II culture indeed likely facilitated it, and thus laid the foundations for Dynastic Egypt, thus the associations found in the Trojan epic have a very sound basis, but that is just the beginning of the intrigue.

Even given that the connection of Susa to Ethiopic/Pre-Dynastic Egypt can be established that still raises the question of what would any of that have had to do with the Trojan war and the answer is that the basis of the myth was events that transpired at Susa in the 7th century BC when a statue of a woman, Nanaya, was retaken by the Assyrian King that had been taken from Uruk 1,635 years previously, it was that astonishing claim that fired the imagination.

In the Aethiopis the King of Susa intervenes at the behest of the Assyrians but in fact it was Ashurbanipal that reclaimed it.

The Trojan conflict then was ostensibly fought over the woman Helen whereas the actual 7th century BC conflict was fought over a statue, but the Goddess Nanaya represented the Heavenly Goddess Inanna incarnate and thus was associated with the mortal woman as Queen and was a requirement for any king, particularly those who claimed King of the World status, the earlier conflict when the statue had first been taken involved such considerations.

It was in fact that historical context were Abraham encountered three Kings of Gutium, Elam and Sumer who all claimed King of the world status and had been in conflict over the Nanaya statue and defeated them thus laying the basis for his own claim and the curious nature of Sara as the worlds most beautiful woman, conforming to the Nanaya archetype.

I still can't stand how many ancient works were lost forever.
How is it possible that we don't even know the numbers of troops involved in old battles?!
The answer should be obvious: even now the first casualty in all wars is the truth, and books and opinions are constantly being burned and censored.

KANGZ

It is unfortunate and many were destroyed or hidden away intentionally, the Aethiopis may be one such case as it raises very intriguing questions.

In making the connection to Susa however it was still the case that the lineage of Memnon traced back to the Trojan line and Dardanos , thus in a sense suggesting whatever had developed at Susa and the Uruk sphere in general first traced back to Anatolia.

Memnon himself seems to have relationship to the Kassite tribes of Iran who were Caucasian

So what exactly is your point? Contact with the Ethiopian region at that time in Eurasian history seems unlikely but not at all impossible.

BBC was right!

What was that edit? I don't know how to use this wiki-history feature properly.

That redhead's a qt.

There is direct comparison with Caucasian longship iconography developed on the shores of the Caspian sea and those that established contact on the shores of the Red sea, the Caucasians/Hurrians were operative through the Susiana hub, in fact the Hurrians are the basis for Horus as they termed Hurrian Canaan the land of Hor.

in recent years Gobustan Petroglyphs showing ships dated to between 12,000 to 7,000 years old found in the mountains of the Southern Trans-Caucasus that border the Caspian sea have attracted interest, it's been considered that this could form a basis for similar motifs in early bronze age Scandinavian culture, such as the ship petroglyphs of Tanum Sweden, which seems likely to me, that a branch of this culture had navigated up the Volga into Northern Europe.

he Gobustan petroglyphs indicate longship vessels designed for the Caspian sea, previously i have looked at the expansion from that region of the highland pastoralist and casting cultures which were interested in developing the resources and trading connections through the highlands and were an important factor in supplying early civilizations such as the Sumerian with ores and expertise when it came to fabricating tools and weapons, as well as luxury items

The expansion of interest of these highlanders or Hurrians was then generally overland into lowland agricultural regions, but in considering that their interests had extended as far as Pre-Dynastic Egypt with regards to The Followers of Horus navigation around the Arabian Peninsula and across the Red sea had to be accounted for, their capacity in sailing and ship building.

Petrie had considered that Dynastic Egypt was founded by arrivals from the Red Sea, the only seemingly viable group for this the Mesoptamians, but he wasn't aware of the extent to which the Hurrians were developing resources and expanding areas of interest working in conjunction with Mesoptamia and Indus valley civilization, so the group that seems more likely to me to have influenced Naqada II culture had it's origins on the shores of the Caspian sea, and the Eastern Desert Petroglyphs show this correspondence

There are also the Royal Longships of Abydos;

abc.se/~m10354/mar/abydos.htm

The overall point is making the case for Thor son of Memnon…

Sounds like Jewish nonsense and subversion

HOL UP

It in fact outlines the group responsible for founding Sumerian, Elamite, Indus valley, Egyptian civilizations, a veritable Chosen people and the one's Jews make sure you learn nothing about, from Azerbaijan as in vid related.

Very interesting. I do wonder why they would move towards Scandinavia though since it was hardly a great place to be for early civilizations.

Stopped reading.

This cultural appropriation bullshit is getting fucking ridiculous.

There seem to have been two major Eurasian population groups that survived the Ice age by moving South, the first the Hattic group in Anatolia and secondly the Hurrian tribes that settled South of the Caucasus.

In considering the second their major achievements lay in metallurgy and ship building and their expansion Southwards and establishment of Susa as a trading hub serving Mesopotamia and extending as far as Afghanistan and the Indus valley, even Southern Egypt can be traced, Memnon of Susa can then sort of represent that historical phenomena.

Thor son of Memnon more obviously relates to the founding of Scandinavian culture as does Asa-Odin, from the same area of expansion except Northwards reclaiming the former Eurasian territories.

The Hurrians had even rapidly extended into Canaan and Jordan including founding Jerusalem known as the Horites and to the Egyptians Canaan was the land of Hor, their tutelary Deity Horus also representing the early contact with these groups the term itself equivalent to Ar/High, his consort Hathor likely relating to the Mediterranean expansion of Hattic groups.

Should have carried on reading, in a classic bait and switch operation the Ethiopians were rapidly defeated.

You seem like a man who knows what he's talking about. What books should I read?

Is march of the titans good?

It's best to stick to clay tablets for this period.

I've got Krispy Kremes in me for the first time in years, plus the caffeine of a strong tea. Could someone sum up the conclusions given, I'm having trouble focusing with this sugary jew in my veins.
Thought the Hurrians were a race of men in the Legendarium.

I feel it should be noted that Ethiopians are an entirely different race of darky from their Western and Southern neighbours. Having recently watched some old British Imperial films, I actually saw the Ethiopians greet the monarch a good while ago. Not only do they not look like your typical 'nigger', they were capable of putting on parades and ceremonies, standing still and staying quiet, and generally acting like human beings.

It's also rather hilarious that a lot of niggers think this guy is their 'messiah' when the man himself is firstly an entirely different subspecies to the American and Carribean counterparts, but also himself was a Christian who never once said a thing about him being anything special, and from all sources appears to have been very humble and accepted the traditional Christian message, with Christ as the Messiah. Niggers are really stupid. It's unfair to compare Ethiopians to them.

Can confirm, the only genuinely kind and somewhat intelligent form of dindus on Earth. Still, they have no place in white lands (Earth). Shame the other Orcs had to ruin it for them though.

Ethiopians and khoisans are the only "good" species of negroes, the rest are a bunch of unintelligent, yet dangerous savages

There was a time when being the Chosen People didn't actually involve establishing debt slavery and control through false religious dogma and mind control, it involved spreading developments in agriculture and metallurgy and wisdom tradition to far flung places and regions and establishing mutually beneficial relations with them involving traded resources and facilitating the spread of civilization, that was up to around 5,000 years ago.

In the Trojan cycle there is garbled recollection of Susa's role as such a hub and their involvement in Southern Egypt and the Sudan leading towards the onset of Dynastic Egypt, they were also involved in the development of Dravidian Indus valley culture and Elamite as well as Mesopotamian.

The conflict that inspired the Greek writers in the 7th century BC involved Susa and the reclaiming of a statue of Nanaya, the idea that they had civilized on behalf of the Queen of Heaven had been an important factor in the early traditions, that they were bringing beauty and refinement and grace to the peoples of Earth through the benefits of civilization and the development of technologies and shared resources, that even those themselves involved had been refined and made beautiful, a cult of pleasure and the better things in life.

At this point we are maybe looking to get back on mission.

Interesting. I didn't really know about them.

I would just like to remind that the "Ethiopians" were originally a semitic people, and probably remnants of Europeans who lived in Africa during the Ice Ages - that is why people from that region have certain features - like Red Hair.

Not saying they're any good, though. Melanesias are speculated to have quite the same features

I don't see the purpose of the thread, though.

Christianity arrived and destroyed all libraries and sacred places in the ancient world, and their oral traditions, the extent of the knowledge of our forebears, dating to times unknown, is unmatched.

Gonna need some citations. The 'Celtic' European centres of knowledge were purged by pre-Christian Romans, as were much of the North African. That said the 'Celts' supposedly did not keep written accounts, everything was oral; what we do know has in fact been kept by Catholic Monks, and whilst they certainly had their biases, it doesn't appear to complete fiction .

The burning of the Library of Alexandria definitely happened under the muslims as they admit it. The main proponents of the idea of Christians burning it were actually enlightenment era (((atheists))). If you have some good evidence for it either way, I would be interested to see.

Khoisans are capoids, they are not niggers anymore than abos or pajeets are.

Every new cycle has a book burning phase. Egyptian dynasties would attempt to scratch out the previous's legacy. Chinese regularly restarted their literature after reuniting their states. Mesopotamian city states regularly cast the previous gods as the villains, most prominent in example being the demon Lilith and the snake of Eden.
It is not endemic to Christianity. It's endemic to the cycle of history. We only know jack shit about these things because of those Christians and Romans who, against better judgement, wrote down the opposition's beliefs.
It's not religion that caused this, it's technology that revealed it.

In the evangelical work, Matthias and Matthew have both been said to have visited Ethiopia, some sources say the Ethiopia was a name given to an area south of the Caspian sea near Armenia

"Matthias first preached the Gospel in Judaea, then in Aethiopia (the region of Colchis, now in modern-day Georgia) and was there stoned to death.[2] "

"Matthias preached the Gospel to barbarians and meat-eaters in the interior of Ethiopia, where the sea harbor of Hyssus is, at the mouth of the river Phasis. He died at Sebastopolis, and was buried there, near the Temple of the Sun."

It's quite surprising how so many people miss this information. Look for the sources and redpill yourself on it.

The city of Rome alone had 28 public libraries, besides many private ones set by writers, priests and aristocrats like Lucullus (some of which were reported to have over 30.000 works on all sorts of subjects). Most cities in the Hellenistic world had a library building (and they had cities from Spain to Bactria and India) - just like many had forums, theatres, stadia, odeons and gymnasiums (where every Greek man exercised for about one hour every day) who were maintained either by the state or by charitable endownment. Philosophical schools were abound all across ancient Greece, with Epicurean and Stoic lodges being as prolific as mistery religions - and there were all sorts of other schools - mathematics, philology, theurgy, the big medical school at Pergamun (where Medicine was interlinked with the Gods and taught in a holistic way, the works of their great masters like Galen being preserved, sometimes by jewish doctors). The Library of the Serapeum alone (destroyed in 385) had so many scrolls, ancient writers estimated it from between 200.000 to 700.000, and the Library of Alexandria was even bigger and there were famously big librariES in Athens, Rhodes, Pergamon, Ephesus and Antioch (all, but one, destroyed by christians)

The first non-christian library opened in medieval Europe was done by Cosimo de Medici, during the Renaissance, in the 1400's. The church could have opened many libraries all across - but they never chose to, preferring to keep the "gentiles" away from all literature, even reading of the bible was forbidden. Books and ancient knowledge was seen as sinful, all literaly works were confined to monasteries and consisted of church propaganda on theology and history - mathematics was only kept to determine the date of Easter - even Hygiene was seen as sinful, with the only extent Roman Baths being in the East. They burned all books that did not follow the church doctrine - not just that, they didn't care, they burned entire libraries because these were not the words of God - thousands of fanatic monks, many of them jewish, coptic or arabic, coming out of the desert, where they lived ascetically, to destroy all public structures. We only have acess to texts from Arabic, Jewish and Persian sources which were only reached by Europeans after the Crusades. It's no "myth" that sandniggers kept these texts and translated them, they're not "advanced" because of it, it's just that Europeans were (((deliberatelly))) subject to terrorism and the destruction of their culture. I will try to post the sources when I find it, but I read an estimate that as much as 18.000 (!) libraries were burned just in the Roman Empire - and that was just part of the destruction christians did, they activelly destroyed or desecrated all statues they found (vandalized them or turned them into plaster) - the few ones we found were in ruined places. All Temples and ancient graves were caniballized and turned into churches when not outright destroyed - they even set up laws punishing people with DEATH for even looking at the ruins of ancient temples (and Judaism was the only recognized non-state religion).

And the Celts and others did not have libraries, the Druids, for instance, were forbidden to write down their teachings, as it would harm their memory and allow them to be deturped. The biggest crime of Christianity, perhaps, was the destruction of the Oral Legends and Skalds in Europe (who had to be kept in hiddance - in societies like the Jeaunes Floraix) - they deturped many of these stories as "devil worship", "goats in the forest", "evil dwarfs" and what not, writing false propaganda books (which they had the monopoly of doing) to defamate them and calling them supersitions - torturing and murdering people, mostly woman, who kept these traditions alive, even though many of these myths were in some form adopted by the church in the form of Saint Worship and what not (see pic related, you think this is some Middle-eastern abrahamic tradition with a fucking moon over there? There is no such thing as "monotheism" or "polytheism" - there is only (((one))) group of people intresting in others believing this distinction as anything more than different facets of the truth - and these people don't believe in it - it's a psy-op),or else the church would face complete irrelevance and foreigness among the local population. Our ancestors had knowledge of God and worshiped it, but it was taken from them by the (((Christians))) who started a "Dark Age" (and not just because of the collapse of the Roman Empire - that is a metaphysical term).

Sorry for the de-railing, but that is quite the purpose of the thread. I could talk more, but I think you get the point. Lurk moar, search this stuff yourself…

once you get to the old enough stories they all center around these 3 points

It honestly shouldn't be that much of a surprise user. Whenever new nations/princes/religions supplant the former, the first move they make is to extirpate the texts and codes of the peoples or customs they are replacing. Machiavelli makes specific note of this not so much in The Prince but in his lesser-known (but far more in depth) work The Discourses. Notably he says that religions/princes need to replace what preceded them with whatever magic they were peddling in order that their power be secure. Using the example of Christianity, he says that this principle of preservation is the reason why so much of the ancients' religious methods have come down to us piecemeal (this was much truer in his time than in our present era of course); as such we don't know much about the former models of religious practices except what we have recorded epigraphically.

He even makes the case that prior to the pagan era of the Romans there were other religions of the world but we have no access to them nowadays because the Romans squashed them out. I think he talks primarily of the Tuscan religion/culture, which was eventually assimilated by the Romans.

At any rate, you're right about things constantly being burned and censored: such is the way of power and preservation. A prince cannot maintain his dominions if there exist ideas which subvert his authority.

The vilification of Nimrod and Semiramis dates back to when the Proto-Hebraic city of Ebla was destroyed by Nineveh understood as the City of Istar as part of the issue the Hurrians had with Ebla outlined in their Song of Release.

The actual points here are difficult to make and really i'm only drawing attention to the Greek tradition of there being something very interesting about Memnon son of the Dawn and bringer of the light, and Susa, and showing from the historical perspective that was actually the case, with the pre-Dynastic trade contact with Egypt that was ongoing over a 400 year periodic.

To get to the heart of that requires understanding the Ubaid period arising at Susa and the development of the Urukian sphere of influence and the cult of Inanna at Aratta, it's complex and beyond the scope of this thread but involves the elder Gods and the strange serpent cult and Pantheon East of the Tigris.

That would have been the case, the arrival of the Dragon ships under the auspices of Insusinak as Dragon King, ships that were first developed for the Caspian sea.

It's interesting that they understood the lineage of Memnon as tracing back to Anatolia because if i was to suggest an actual start date for all of this i would suggest around 13,000 years ago in Anatolia related to sites such as Gobekli Tepe and the onset of development through selective reproduction, ie the Neolithic revolution.

I think what was established at Susa and Uruk were the core remnants of that earlier tradition having continuity through the Halaf and Ubaid periods and essentially they were agriculturists.

A second major technological revolution is introduced around 6,500 years ago in the Balkans relating to developments in metallurgy and exploitation of natural materials and resources in conjunction with urban development and that spreads rapidly across the Black sea to the Southern Caucasus population groups that then begin to expand their developments and search for resources towards the older agricultural groups of the lowlands, and the two initiatives combined forming a basis for civilization to develop, Susa acting as a hub with regards to the extensive trade connections that are developed through the demand for resources.

In a sense the Caucasians were the driving force towards civilization doing all the heavy lifting in terms of locating and developing resources and introducing craft techniques in order to produce desirable items and having the ship technology in order to make distant connections, but it was the lowland agriculturists providing the basis for large urban populations and development of institutions of control and management in order to co-ordinate development.

Nice total lack of citations bro, so I'll return the favor.

No libraries in antiquity were not open to the public you retard, they were open to their patrons, ie those who paid quite a bit for access.

That's complete bullshit, most schools and philosophical groups other than Neo-Platonists which were very late-comers were localized

There are four different accounts of this "event" two of which recorded by non-Christians claim nothing was destroyed but the temples were disbanded after a siege of the sequestered buildings. Another Christian source claims there was a struggle and one of the buildings caught fire, though it was a temple not a library. Only one Neo-platonist account claims there was any partial or wholesale destruction of the archives.

Interesting how you chose that one account and not the other three.

Bullshit, the people in countryside bathed all the time, it was a matter of the access to clean water. Also Roman baths are actually a bad idea as they tended to spread infections about, it isn't dirt that gives you pneumonia. And I'll point out that what we see preserved in the cities of antiquity is the higher quality housing of the patricians and other upper classes, there were large slums without access to such amenities in antiquity. If urban life is replaced by manoral life and there is less money for public works is it any surprise that public facilities in urban centers which are themselves depopulated declined?

Yes it is you dipshit, we know this is the case because we've found copies in Europe which predate their supposed introduction from the Levant. The claims were originally made by Renaissance writers who greatly esteemed antiquity to the point that they even attributed new work done in the prior 200 years to ancient sources. Vellum lasts forever thankfully so we have found the originals which were attributed to Arabs with peculiar names(which are made up since they don't follow standard naming conventions and were assumed to be poorly translated despite the accurate translation of the rest of the text.)

You mean besides the hundreds of Sagas recorded in text by the monks and court scribes during the process of Christianization?

Are you certain you belong here? Because this sounds like grade-A liberal bullshit with zero material evidence to support it.

Once again, nice complete and total lack of citations. And yes, I'm not giving you any either, faggot.

Now that reply is so deep in shit and propaganda, it's almost surreal in it's level of denial.

You claim philosophical schools and mystery religions, who were ARCHEOLOGICALLY located as far as Scotland, were used to spread Christianity, proving it is a "Greek religion", but then deny they even existed when confronted with the christian destruction of these places? Roman building and medical techniques couldn't be replicated for over a thousand years aftewards, but they were only localized?

PRIVATE libraries, which were commonplace among Hellenistic Aristocracy, were restricted, sometimes they were located in the personal homes of people (while Christians were forbidden to even hold the bible in their homes up to the 19th century in some denominations), but PUBLIC city libraries were acessible to most free men. The churches had libraries too in the dark ages, but they were restricted inside monasteries, which had to be fortified or else their monks would be killed by the local population, just like many 6th century Frankish "saints" martyred by bandits. And these libraries contained almost only theological works and the stories of "saints". We don't even know the extent of the knowledge of our forebears that was lost due to all the book burnings done by the Christians - who acted quite like the Mossad-agents of "ISIS", except christianity at the time had probably even more jews that "ISIS" did.

Except they didn't, the church deliberately condemned bathing as world-affair and vanity. Medieval peasants (but not just peasants, also royalty) were known to be filthy, not bathing for months, even when compared to arabs (who had public baths) and tribal peoples, including the native americans and the germanic vikings (who were known to have made use of soap, and dedicated one day of the week, friday, to bathing and personal hygiene). There is a reason why perfumes were notoriously developed in France (the most populous country) and that hats, especially fur hats, were so popular (because their hair looked like shit). The lack of Hygiene and the poor living conditions of the enslaved peasantry, who lived crammed in walled cities and near the properties of nobles, and in mud huts, because all the riches were hoarded in the churches, the only places who were well-built, helped spread the black death.
Yet the texts in western Europe not burned or stolen by christians were kept hidden away up until the Renaissance, which mattered little, as literacy was forbidden to the "gentiles" (dropping to 1/10 of that of the Hellenistic World) by the church, who held a monopoly in literature and ALL sciences, even the law, confining books and philosophy to theological debate within the accepted church doctrine (or else people reading banned books would be KILLED). Art and painting was forbidden by the church, until it recognized it as a "naturalistic propaganda-tool" during the Council of Trent and the Counter Reformation - and you only need to look at the gross examples of medieval art, compared to that of the Ancients or the Renaissance afterwards, many techniques being lost for a thousand years before their revival in Italy, to see the damage done to European mentality by the church.

The hundreds of Sagas and legends deturped, and turned into "devil worship" and "gentile superstitions" by church propaganda? Which, besides incorporating parts as "Saint Worship", had to be done or else the church would fall into complete irrelevance and foreigness with the local populace? A few survived, many were hidden in cryptic messages (like Trojan war references, said just above), but how many were lost? How many do we entire miss it's meaning now?

We are not enemies here. REDPILL yourself on what was done to Europe by the Judeo-Christians and the shadowy elites behind that cult. Look for the sources yourself, this is all public knowledge

No citations, common marxist-atheist-'enlightenment' talkings points that have been disproven a thousand times.

Just no.

You realise many of the great theologians studied rhetoric and philosophy, right? They were well versed in the works of Plato and Aristotle, among many others. Thus the idea that philosophy was all burned and only theological texts kept is immediately false.

The Renaissance came about when Byzantium, AKA the Roman Empire finally fell. The previous centres of the Roman world, like North Africa, the 'Holy Land' and Spain had all fallen to the Religion of Cuck™ic invasions. We know for a fact that many book burnings happened at this point - thus the entirety of Rome's knowledge was contained in what remained of the Roman Empire, that is what your kind would call Byzantium so as to confuse everyone else. There was also a lot of bloodshed and violence in Occidental Rome due to civil war and the migrations of Germanic tribes which likely resulted in some amount of destruction, although we do still have many of the old (even pagan) monuments in Italy today. When Constantinople finally fell and the Greeks fled to Western Christian lands, we got all of the knowledge that they had kept. It was not arabs keeping that knowledge. There was one sect of Religion of Cuck™ that wanted to preserve the knowledge, but they were executed to the last for blasphemy against allah.

Utter bullshit.

Generally the Inquisition were executing jews and muslims, who were often pretending to be Christians whilst simultaneously aiding the muslims and helping them to take back land. Such was the case in the famous 'Spanish Inquisition'. Our general perception of the Inquisition and witch trials is a complete falsehood maintained by the Jews due to their deserved persecution in it. Interestingly there appears to be a lot of evidence that even the Salem Witch Trials were a hoax, and surprise surprise, were fabricated by a Jew from Sweden (mileswmathis.com/updates.html - there are several essays on the witch trials being a hoax that go to pdf if you want to read).

You're not 'redpilled' my friend, you're just spouting stuff a 15 year old fresh out of brainwashing camp would say.

Bet, you would call your fellow christian protestants the same for doing so, and then proceed to blame them for ruining christendom and creating Jacobinism and what not… (or any other "christian" really, like the actual Satanist Gnostics and Celtic Christian, or the crazed Donatists who attacked others with clubs so to get martyred, or the "Cainites" who worshipped treason, and so on…)

Scholastics - enclosed for church purposes.

Even the one in Rome was partially caniballized, most statues we have today, including portraits of Roman emperors, who were abound in the Empire, were found in ruined places, sometimes in fragments - the ones not turned into lime were desecrated by teams of fanatics who hunted them down to carve crosses/cut their heads and so on. There is a point that a lot of the texts were preserved by arabs, because they were more abundant in the urbanized east than the west, but even those books they hoarded from all across the Hellenistic world to Constantinople were kept enclosed, their reading and practice being forbidden and nearly forgotten. The Christians had no intrest in them and were forbidden to do so - the neoplatonists in Byzantium were murdered for such practices up to the end of the empire. It was only after the Greeks fled to the west that these text could fully be implemented under Renaissance Patrons.

Again, more denial. Not what I'm saying, but it's undeniable that they bathed and had hygiene practices a lot worse than their predecessors and neighbours, due to the actions of the church.

The inquisition who did not kill or enslave any significant number of jews and muslims, just sent them away to other countries (where they worked against Spain). Now, who they did kill were thousands of Basque woman who kept their traditions alive.

I guess there is a reason the majority of christcucks are niggers now…

STOP living in denial, you have good intentions in defending the church and what you think is your own, but you miss the picture of how it was implemented by the elites for the purpose of destroying our culture and keeping away the knowledge of God that our ancestors (who worshiped him) had - there is only one group of people intrested in you believing there is a difference between "monotheism" and "polytheism" and that these are not just different facets of the truth (and these people are all "polytheistic" in private, believing something much different than what they preach to their "sheep - pope wearing Saturn hats and decorating Rome with Obelisks, cardinals having Moloch owls and so on). Use that fanatism to the benefit of your people, not to parrot the narratives of the church and the globalist establishment behind it.

There's likely particular association of the Constellation Hydra and the beginning of the Age of Virgo 13,000 years ago as that's the Southern tip of the constellation that extends roughly parallel to the ecliptic plane through three zodiac constellations or a quarter of the entire circumference of the ecliptic plane, for that reason it could be used to indicate an epoch of 6,500 years, equivalent to the time of the elder serpent Deities, the supposed defeat of the Hydra serpent relating to the onset of the age of the storm God.

Wait, why is this stuff even being brought up? It simply has nothing to do with the fact that the god of the Old Testament - (((YHWH))) - is a jewish demon, and not a deity worthy of worship.

Now if we're going to talk history here, let's address it.
Because they had to, as these preexisting works were all they had to build upon. However, just because they studied a few, doesn't mean Christianity didn't have a hand in the destruction of such libraries as the one in Alexandria. But before you bring up the Muslims and Jews, I'm not saying they were not involved. Judaism, Christianity, and Religion of Cuck™ share an Abrahamic hatred of non-Abrahamic works, and it seems likely that all three had the means, the intent and the motivation to destroy such heathenry, like the Christians did to the Serapeum in Alexandria at an earlier time. Now the Library of Alexandria is certainly the most tragic of examples of Abrahamic vandalism, but it's still just one of many instances were involved in the burning of pre-Christian culture and knowledge. The Aphrodite Temple of Jerusalem was destroyed by Emperor Constantine's mother Helena and the Bishop of Jerusalem, Macarius, and a Christian basilica (The Church of the Holy Sepulchre) was built over the site. Early Christians emulated Jewish practices by destroying 'pagan' objects, executing 'pagan' priests and having the bones of dead 'pagans' exhumed and burned on their own altars. They had altars and images of 'pagan' deities destroyed, along with related items, and continued this practice for centuries. Remember, the temples contained important religious texts and secular writing, research and discovery was conducted and stored in many of the places, as was the case in the aforementioned Serapeum.

This occurred because many who fled the fall of Byzantium carried knowledge with them. Muslims did in fact burn a great deal of books but their earlier "Golden Age" was built on Greek and Roman understanding.

If they did they were going against the advice of the Church as the other user pointed out.

800 years your Christianity which supposedly "Unified Europe" stood by and watched the Iberian Peninsula get raped by Moors like good little cucks, and did nothing to help. Oh but the Inquisition happened to hurt a few Jews so that makes 800 years of Muslim occupation just fine and dandy. Hmmmm, really made me think.

Embrace the Frog God and the Old Gods, worship the fire and not the ashes, uh all that good stuff.

Yes, this happened. This is somewhat different to the claim that Christians destroyed libraries though, or held back the Europeans in regards to knowledge and learning. Christians did bring a religious war and they did not accept the pagan ways - that said Christianity did not attack philosophy or knowledge as has been said here. We need to be careful with what we're arguing. Christians certainly do not accept Paganism. That said I'm willing to work with the 0.003% of Europe that is pagan today and that wants to fight against the jews/muslims/immigrants.

Glad we're in agreement.

This needs to be examined a little bit more because your understanding is off. Christianity united the failing Roman Empire at a time of great civil strife which was caused by immigrations (by Germanics no less). This was NOT the Catholic Church was we know it today, and the Catholic Church would not have power in England, Germany, France or anywhere else until much later. The Bishop of Rome, or Pope, was little more powerful than any other bishop until the coming of Charles Martel and Charlemagne in the 8th Century. Christianity had not united Europe at this point, and most of Europe was still fighting itself. With Charlemagne we would have the rebirth of the 'Holy Roman Empire'; the physical might of the armies of Charles Martel and his grandson Charlemagne would give the bishop of Rome a position of power that no other bishop had, and in turn the religious approval from the bishop of Rome, or Pope, gave the Holy Roman Emperor power he would otherwise not have. It would be from this framework that the Catholic Church would grow to become the political powerhouse that we imagine from the Middle Ages, and through their fledgling form we would see Europe unite with the coming of the (Jerusalem) Crusades - a few hundred years later.

The muslims had actually only come out of their desert in the 7th Century. Charles Martel, after defeating the muslims at the battle of Tours, would start to aid the Spanish in their Reconquista. His son Pipin, and Grandson Charlemagne would retake several Spanish provinces. This shows that rather than 800 years later as you claim, it was in fact only 100 years later that Christians came to the aid of Spain - admittedly it would have been nice if it were quicker, but there was no centralisation of Europe at this point in time, there was no Roman Catholic centre that gave commands from on high that had to be obeyed by the rest of Europe. Hell, it wasn't even until the 8th Century that most of Europe stopped subscribing to Arian Christianity, declared heretical by the council of Niceaea some few hundreds years earlier - and that should go some way to showing you just how little power and influence the Catholic Church had at this point.

Post-modernism is all about viewing the past through the lens of today - and imagining that the Catholic Church was the mighty institution that we imagine it to be today, back then, is doing just that. Try not to think like the marxists do - post-modernism is one of their favourite tools that allows them to distort history greatly.

"Charlemagne", when the Muslim hold was weak in Spain due to civil wars, attacked the Basques (and was defeated), and sent embassies to the Caliph, enabling 800 more years of Arab rule in the region. He did set up some small frontier-land inside Spain, and left some nobles there to rule the region and defend their border (the land was later neglected by the Franks and they never expanded further, though).

That when he was not busy genociding the Saxons by murdering their nobles at meetings, or Charles Martel genociding the Frisians and sponsoring the corrupt, pedophilia-filled church in Rome, who owned 30% of the lands in their Empire, while the landless peasantry starved, being forced to pay taxes to the same central church (including their own children being forcefully taken to monasteries as tithe), and attend masses and reject their traditions, under the penalty of death. The same Charlemagne, with the backing of the church, who set up enormous privileges to Jews, who controlled the economy of his empire, giving them a monopoly on usury and having many of them in his court. You really need to redpill himself on Charlemagne and Frankia, and the later proto-masons involved at the Crusades (a huge waste of time and lives, for no strategic gain - why attack some kike land deep behind the enemy borders, and not attack the Turks in Anatolia, or the Muslims just across the mediterranean - the crusader states were later sabotaged by the own christian elites - look up at the actions in the Battle of Hattin - this is widely speculated, and the crusades, especially after the SACK of Constantinople in the 4th Crusade, enabled the rise of the Ottoman Empire, which the French later allied to, as they had weakened Byzantium and the Levant, allowing the turks to take these lands easily).

???? Christianity cemented the division between east/west Rome, which included theological and church hierarchy differences (so much for christian unity) and watched over as the Western Roman Empire was taken over. EUROPE was not unified by Christianity any more than it was before, in fact, the set up of christian monarchies (as opposed to the Germanic Tribes which selected their rulers), where christian nobles fought up even against their own brothers due to sucession laws. As you've said, Arianism and many different other branches (some, as incompatibe as possible, with actual satan worship, all within a christian framework)

Imagine what could have been without Christianity - if the Germanic Kingdoms that suceeded Rome weren't kiked up by the church, Judaism would certainly have been erradicated from Europe - and probably in the middle-east too by the pagan Romans. Judaism was the only parallel religion tolerated in Rome after the Christians took power. No usury privileges, no (most of the time jewish) popes allowing them to live in European communities and protecting them from expulsion (the popes were fundamental in maintaining the jewish community in Italy).

The church distorted our ancient history as much as post-modernists do today. And they still act in an apologist way. A lot of the sources of post-modernists are misinterpreted church propaganda.

I was never saying that Charlemagne was a particularly good person or good for the world. I was making the point that there was no centralised authority to rally Christians to the defense of one-another -as you had made the claim that Christianity did not provide any unity or defense for those people who were Christians. The political force that would allow for that came to prominence because of the events with Charles Martel and Charlemagne. I have no idea how religious if at all those particular men were, but they were instrumental in the construction of the centralised authority of the Church - which would allow for the Crusades, which would reclaim Spain and create a united front that deterred the muslims from invading and created a bulwark whenever they did. The myriad Ottoman attacks that were stopped by pan-European efforts are a result of the unifying power of the faith.

It should also be noted that the Spanish had a LOT of help later on from the various Italian states, the French, the English, the Scots and more because of their shared faith. Pointing to one or two events and making blanket statements about that invalidating everything is rather stupid.

Probably Religion of Cuck™.

I understand what you said - but are you implying that Europe wouldn't defend itself without Christianity? To say they didn't unite later on against the Ottomans would be false, but they allowed the Ottomans to expand in the first place, and were most of the time bogged with infighting and religious-wars among themselves to even bother with the Turks, who enslaved millions of christian in the East. The French/Dutch/English even allied with the Turks. Poland hadn't repelled their attacks in Vienna (because the whole Habsburg Spanish Empire couldn't be bothered?) the Turks would have attacked their realm even further.

And yes, they sent some aid to the Spanish, but marched hundreds of thousands of troops to far-away Judea. The Crusades weren't a pro-European effort, it was a religious war to reclaim some useless land in the heart of the enemey territory, because some kike bullshit.

Religion of Cuck™ wouldn't exist without Christianity.

I think Hydra simply related to water in the general sense and serpentine fluidity in terms of the metaphysical, also having connection to roots and underground sources particularly as it marked the season of summer given it's relationship to the constellations of such.

It was understood that storm Gods such as Ninurta in defeating the dragon gained mastery over it and thus aquired the powers themselves, hence the cults of the Dragon warriors, more a case of building upon earlier tradition rather than eradicating it, that was also the case with Insusinak God of Susa who sat upon a Dragon throne.

This is the best book on Mesopotamian constellations and Cosmology;

The Christian church took upon themselves the role esoteric arbiter. All 'witches' are are emotionally immature clerics (usually women) who cause more damage then they know with "magic" they do.

Well yeah, since spells like "to make it rain, fuck a three year old to death" generally makes ones unpopular.

Good luck with the internet. I have CD-ROMs buried.

They washed both their hands and faces twice a day, this is known thing, we have journals and accounts of life throughout Europe. Why are you repeating 19th century tripe from Enlightenment Age faggots who wanted to malign their own ancestors? And actually the aristocracy bathed less since many of them still lived in towns were water was considered dirty and dampness source of infection(bad air), they mistakenly associated water borne infections both natural in brackish or stagnant water and that contaminated by humans with the stench it emitted. Though this did cause them to correctly avoid certain sources of infection this made them associate water in general with infection, hence the rich tended to use powders more often. Though I could mention that the pagan Romans and Greeks had similar beliefs about standing water and though cleaned themselves with scrapers and olive oil which probably wasn't good for preventing infection or smells but did at least help the skin and remove some amount of particulates(dirt).

I'm not sure if you are confusing humans and dogs, as fleas cannot live on humans bathing would not remove them, they do bite humans during rest or sleep and transmit the disease. Also just plain old coughing spreads the disease so bathing means very little.

I'll take "'Shit which never happened', for 500 Alex".

Let me guess you got this shit from the liberal screed called "The Burning Times". Couple points on this subject in particular. 1) All the claims of this or that the Inquisition killed anybody rather than merely turning over 4,500 individuals to be executed by secular authorities in its 800 year history of operations are in fact bullshit. There were no witch trials, indeed the "Hammer of Witches" explicitly states that almost everybody accused of sorcery is simply insane, and oddly enough describes the phenomena of serial killers centuries before it was ever medically codified.

Also pagans, particuarly Gauls, burned witches all the time prior to Christianization. That said I'm not inditing them for doing so as "witch" usually means "we suspect you are a murderer but cannot prove it therefore we are burning you." The Caroligians specifically had to foribid burning of witches on pain of death because it was so common as a social institution, slowly this was accepted and they were merely turned over to a magistrate. That said if we had burned those naturally inclined toward liberal faggotry perhaps we'd be better off today.

Oddly enough the only real witch crazes happened post-1650 among very ardent Protestant populations which today are atheists and universally liberal faggots if they survive: Roundheads, Puritans, Dutch, ect. Its almost as though social-signalling faggotry and group think run in the blood and all the "evil" rightist authoritarians who never expressed such a moral panic are maligned by leftists and kikes today as a cover for their own bullshit we see exemplified in the current PC culture and demand for total philosophical conformity.

Do you mean the 30 Years War? Yes totally created by religion and religoius convictions, not the fact that the Hapsburg were expanding their political network with the aim of running most of Europe. They were buddy buddy with the Catholic Church which owned a great deal of land in the area which is rented or just plain offered "in common" either for free or for favors. Those who opposed the Hapsburgs generally sided with the then new Protestant groups to both garner Church lands which the Protestant sects would give to them in part or total after separation from the Catholics and to secure a social system outside of Hapsburg control. Except in France were they just kept the Catholic Church and build a parallel power structure to the Hapsburg. It is debatable which solution was more viable politically in the long term. But the "Wars of Religion" as leftist faggots like to call the 30 Years War had essentially nothing to do with religion but rather religious division broke down along existing political and national divisions including divisions between the various German Cantons. TEHMOARUKNOW faggot.

And before you ask, no I am not Catholic.

Are you retarded

So you're just lying at this point? In some areas literacy decreased(former civic centers of Rome which no longer supported a class of bureaucrats) in most other areas it had increased by 700AD vs the 100BC to 100AD period because of the contractural natural of serfdom and taxation necessitating some basic literacy. You are foolishly comparing the level of Education of Rome(the city at the center of the empire) to later provincial areas rather than comparing them with those areas or ones of comparable population density in prior eras.

Given that the Goths, Gauls, and Germanics had no written language that we know of, other than perhaps psuedo-runic markings which didn't constitute a conjugation system that seems impossible, you cannot go down from zero literacy friend. That said the classical Greeks got along for centuries while building very impressive architecture without a written language as theirs had been lost during the Bronze Age collapse and the celts and germanics had superior metalurgy to Rome for their entire history. Still your assertion is bullshit.

This never happened, there was not Inquisitional body until after the Albigensian crusade, there was no body to enforce such an edict even if it had existed, which it did not.

You mean other than all the illuminated manuscripts, all the tapestries, all the saxxon knotwork and other pagan abstract traditions, and all the sculptures of Jesus on a fucking cross which predate the Reformation?

Actually two dimensional art in antiquity was very primitive and it was during the Renaissance that it became realistic for the first time in history(all of it everywhere by the way) this was done explicitly via the emulation of statuary, which the ancients had indeed carried to a height which matched those of later generations in all but the rendition of cloth. The painting of Greece and Rome was highly conventionalized and actually often less representative and detailed than that of the middle ages and didn't even attempt at perspective. There was not realistic two-dimensional art in antiquity of a settled technique, there was no state of "grace" for the middle ages to fall from. The Romans relied on reliefs and sculptures rather than paintings for a reason. Nor was the art of sculpture lost in the Roman or Greek world, though with the decline in urban culture as the center of society and the lack of a centralized empire money to make large examples did dwindle, hence the pieces became smaller.

But more than that you are comparing the art of areas such as the British Isles or Germany which were never Romanized, never had Roman masters to create a tradition of sculpture, and never even saw Roman or Greek art to Rome or Constantinople which had all of those things and which continued them. Or did Britons prior to Christianization have some mystic knowledge of painting in perspective that the rest of the world just didn't know about?

This is high school kiddie levels of argumentation. This is old stuff that was pushed by leftists and kikes back in 1900. Where do you get this shit?

Turks got picked up by saracens later as slave warriors and took over in 1299 nearly a century after the Fourth Crusade.

Are you retarded? There's plenty of evidence that the Christian Era of Rome was profoundly Anti-Semitic. The Christian edicts against Jews were far more draconian than the pagan measure. The laws were Third Reich like.
306: The church Synod of Elvira banned marriages, sexual intercourse and community contacts between Christians and Jews.
315: Constantine published the Edict of Milan which extended religious tolerance to Christians. Jews lost many rights with this edict. They were no longer permitted to live in Jerusalem, or to proselytize.
325: The Council of Nicea decided to separate the celebration of Easter from the Jewish Passover. They stated: "For it is unbecoming beyond measure that on this holiest of festivals we should follow the customs of the Jews. Henceforth let us have nothing in common with this odious people…We ought not, therefore, to have anything in common with the Jews…our worship follows a…more convenient course…we desire dearest brethren, to separate ourselves from the detestable company of the Jews…How, then, could we follow these Jews, who are almost certainly blinded."
337: Christian Emperor Constantius created a law which made the marriage of a Jewish man to a Christian punishable by death.
339: Converting to Judaism became a criminal offense.
343-381: The Laodicean Synod approved Cannon XXXVIII: "It is not lawful [for Christians] to receive unleavened bread from the Jews, nor to be partakers of their impiety."
367 - 376: St. Hilary of Poitiers referred to Jews as a perverse people who God has cursed forever. St. Ephroem refers to synagogues as brothels.
379-395: Emperor Theodosius the Great permitted the destruction of synagogues if it served a religious purpose. Christianity became the state religion of the Roman Empire at this time.
380: The bishop of Milan was responsible for the burning of a synagogue; he referred to it as "an act pleasing to God."
415: The Bishop of Alexandria, St. Cyril, expelled the Jews from that Egyptian city.
415: St. Augustine wrote "The true image of the Hebrew is Judas Iscariot, who sells the Lord for silver. The Jew can never understand the Scriptures and forever will bear the guilt for the death of Jesus."
418: St. Jerome, who created the Vulgate translation of the Bible wrote of a synagogue: "If you call it a brothel, a den of vice, the Devil's refuge, Satan's fortress, a place to deprave the soul, an abyss of every conceivable disaster or whatever you will, you are still saying less than it deserves."

The Seljuks who sent horse archers to fuck with the First Crusade all the way through Asia Minor until they eventually got past and took Jerusalem from the Fatimids? Come on, bro.

yee yee, only book I managed to read over 300 pages in 5 hours in pdf form

Yeah…

And this is not just during the "Inquisitions", but ESPECIALLY during the subjugation of Europe by christianity, killing thousands through trials of ordeal and ordering the execution of ALL witches and others across the Roman Empire? Stop living in denial and butthurt.

And indeed, Catholic France and others intervened on the side of the Protestants, to exploit that conflict and create massive war between their "fellow christians", where the christian peasantry was ruthlessly killed by their "christian brothers", all while the Turks were attacking Austria. Such division and infigthing among "catholics" and "protestants" was used to justify the genocide of the Irish people by the kike-backed English, among many other cases of such. So much for "christendom".

Now this is blantant lying. Sure, some places like Russia, where there was no previous literacy, saw bursts that even increased it under the Rus (for it later to fall in the Russian Empire). The literacy in areas of Greece, firmly christian and in the center of the Byzantine Empire, dropped dramatically. Provide some sources to what you're even saying…

You're referring to later edicts banning even more books, but missing the earlier picture - in the subjugation of Europe by christianity - many of these "Dark Ages" events, we have no recordings today… While the evidence is there of the deliberate destruction of libraries…

Have you seen an illuminated manuscript? Most of them, besides being shitty, have religious themes. Why don't the statues and art of the Roman Empire, and Greece, and empires past, have survived then? All we have of them was DELIBERATELY destroyed or vandalized, we are only able to find FRAGMENTS. There were WHOLE iconoclastic movements, stop living in denial.

Judaism was the ONLY parallel religion tolerated in Rome after the Christians took power. It was not the STATE religion and they had to DISTINGUISH themselves from the Jews.

Now the timeline for the PAGAN Roman acts against the Jews includes the sack of the Temple by Pompey, and later destruction of it by Titus, the enslavement of thousands of Jews and the destruction of Judea, with more than 9000 reported destroyed settlements, after over 6 major wars and rebellions. And there is not even a timeline of what PAGAN Germanics did to jews, because they weren't even allowed in their communities.

See here for a timeline of Christian acts AGAINST Europeans: badnewsaboutchristianity.com/gi0_vandalism.htm

All your posts consist of asshurt and denial, parroting church propaganda to defend what? The actions of the shadowy elites behind christianity against your ? European ancestors?

Go back to /christian/ if you want to act like a parrot of some kiddie-didling priests, faggot.

Former Classics fag here

It's actually pretty fucking explicit. The Greeks even had an explanatory myth about why the Ethiopians were black. As for the Aethiopis, the reason it wasn't preserved is because it was, according to Aristotle, basically a piece of shit compared to Homeric epics. By the standards of the time, the work itself wasn't held in high enough esteem to be preserved. Consider that all of the works of Catullus are known from a single manuscript, for example.

Funnily enough, I don't remember Gaius Julius goddamn Caesar about how Jesus was his savior, but I do remember him talking about how the druids passed on their knowledge through oral tradition exclusively.

Literacy was always really fucking low everywhere, which was never really a problem until the printing press. Written works were also burned and banned in Rome and China, maybe not so much in Persia (mostly due to Zoroastrian beliefs), not to mention damnatio memoriae. There's no real reason to believe these problems are unique to Judaeo-Christianity.

As for all of this mysticism-related stuff, particularly in early history, most of it is probably derived from the Hermetica, the genuine origins of which are honestly obscure as fuck, likely intentionally, as it probably either condensed or created the whole concept of esoteric knowledge which may date back all the way to the proto-PIE speakers, assuming the east/west split is an arbitrary red herring for the uninitiated.

You and a dozen other posters in this thread are a fucking retard. It's okay to know nothing about anything, but just acknowledge your ignorance by shutting the fuck up. Spreading falsehoods on account of your own stupidity is effectively the same as spreading lies.

Ethiopians, especially historically, are not semites, neither are they negroids. They are 'hamites', which are a sub-race of caucasians (making them as 'semitic' as whites are).

Plus, 'Ethiopia' is a nebulous term in ancient texts. You should only with strong reservation attempt to tie this term with any particular group of people.

To un-stupid yourself, start here:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethiopian_Empire
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agaw_people

You do know Ethiopia was a Greek colony even up to the days of Bzyantia? Its where Aesop was born and a port on the way to India.

Ethiopians were some of the only kangz in Africa, they even beat Italy at war in the late 1800s which for a white nation is effortless but for a black nation shows that they are above average among sub-Saharans. I can believe some Ethiopians were conscripted and then all lost during the Trojan war.

Horowitz? No thanks lol.

As i mentioned not in the 7th century BC, you're talking from the ptolemaic period.

You need to realise that it is BECAUSE of Christianity that Spain is considered 'Europe' and 'Judea' is considered 'Middle-Eastern'. Prior to this it was all 'Rome', or 'ex-Rome'. From Britain to Spain, to North Africa, to Syria and Palestine and up to Constantinople. The old 'Western World' (of Rome) was huge and with very different borders to what we consider Europe today. Now I suppose it can be argued that the Spanish are more 'white' than the Syrians, but back then people made huge differentiations between the Italians + Greeks and the Germanics/Barbarians. If anything the Hellenised North Africans and Syrians/Palestinians would have been considered more civilised and 'white' than the people of Germany, France or England.

It is very difficult to imagine the un-Christian 'Roman world' caring about Lithuania, Poland or Russia without Christianity. It is far more likely that they would have been viewed as frontier-savages like the old Germanics, and later on the various East-Asian tribes. Your modern perception of 'European' and what it means to be 'European' is based on the expansion of Christianity and the establishment of 'Christendom'. Yes, it had its roots in Rome - but pre-Christian Rome had very different borders, and viewed the nations very differently. Try not to think like a post-modernist as it confuses everything.

I imagine these would have been far worse without Christianity and without any centralisation. It is also very likely that, without Christianity as an overarching sense of identity, the various European states may well have requested the aid of non-Christians on a far more regular basis, which in Holla Forumsack eyes would mean the further 'mongrelisation' of Europe, with far more foreign blood. Think Naples-type treachery with Sicily-type consequences, but all over Europe. Yes it did happen a few times even with Christianity, but one must assume that it would be far worse without an overarching unifying ideology.

In its particular incarnation perhaps not, but mohomo'd the pedo goatfucker was a smart man who went traveling with his (((merchant))) uncle, and learned much of other religions and cultures (notably judaism, as Religion of Cuck™ is far closer to that than Christianity). For all the deserved hate we heap upon him, its stupid to imagine that without Christianity he never would have attempted to unify the desert tribes. It's also foolish to think that the wars between Rome and Persia would have been settled without Christianity, and when you discover that the devastating Roman-Sassanian war that took place just prior to the Religion of Cuck™ic invasion came about because of jewish meddling - it becomes even harder to blame the Christians.

It's overlooked the importance that was attached to Inanna or Istar incarnate as in the conflict over the statue of Nanaya or Helen as Aphrodite incarnate, the Prophetic tradition of Assyria was entirely based on this and centred at Arbela, were Istar incarnate interpreted the will of Istar for the King, the Hebrew prophetic tradition was derived from this and a counter against it, there also developed the derogatory account of Nimrod(Ninevah) and Semiramis to disparage the practise, were Ninevah had been the Cultic City of Istar.

nineveh.com/THE ASSYRIAN PROPHESIES.html

The term Arbela itself relates to the High-Beauty/Belet, also a Roman city of Galilee as well as Assyria.

There was a concerted effort to shut all this down and amusingly recorded;

Bab al-Mandab Strait
The Bab-el-Mandeb (Arabic: , lit. "Gate of Tears") or Mandeb Strait is a strait located between Yemen on the Arabian Peninsula, and Djibouti and Eritrea in the Horn of Africa. It connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden.

According to Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church tradition, the straits of Bab-el-Mandeb were witness to the earliest migrations of Semitic Ge'ez speakers into Africa, occurring c. 1900 BC, roughly around the same time as the Hebrew patriarch Jacob.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bab-el-Mandeb

Because there weren't christians in the middle-east, the first part of the Roman Empire to convert to christianity, before Religion of Cuck™???

Spain was European because it was mostly inhabited by European speaking peoples and is in the continent of Europe (which the ancients delimitated), Syria was semitic from before the Roman Empire, nothing to do with Abrahamism there.

And the Hellenistic World spanned from Spain to India, which didn't mean they saw "Bactria" as an European part - the Greeks were VERY specific on considering Anatolia, where greeks settled for a long time, as ASIA. The middle east was the center of christendom, the Frankish Crusaders never saw their fellow Syrian christians as Europeans…

I would add that the ideas of "conversion" and religion as universal were started by Paul of Tarsus and the Church, it's hard to see a world with a conquering Religion of Cuck™ without these, especially without Christianity weakening the Roman Empire - who, and also the Persians, never had problems dealing with the arab tribes. The same would go for non-european influences on Europe, when Europeans were in control of Northern Africa and the Middle East.

Nigger I was pointing out that they didn't give a shit about 'Europe' like we do today, not that Asia could be Europe. There was no European camaraderie, no brotherhood, no single people that saw themselves as set apart from the rest. That sentiment was embodied in Rome, and in Rome it essentially went Italians+Greeks > everyone else. The Hellenised regions, which as you say included Anatolia and many non-European places (that was my point retard), were considered more valuable and their people superior to most Europeans (as in more civilised, Rome loved the metallurgy of the Celts and the warrior spirit of Germanics - but this is not the point and I'm only writing it to counter your certain pedantry). The point is that we consider Spain as more valuable today, because Spain remained Christian. If Palestine or North Africa had remained Christian, we would likely still include them in our 'known world', as opposed to the 'foreign world' of the Persians (historically) and muslims today. As evidence I showed how areas that were not a part of Rome, but did become Christian - are now incorporated into 'our' group - places not even in Europe like America and Australia, as well as non-Christian 'Europeans' like the Polish and Lithuanians.

There was, although I will grant you that conversion was a huge thing under Christianity in a way it had not been before. Muhamad may well have been influenced by Rome's concept of incorporating existing pantheons into their own religion by claiming that they are one and the same (and this clearly did happen to some extent, seeing as Allah is the moon god of that region, and they kept the kaabah which was a pre-muslim temple which is now their holiest site). It could be just as easily argued that he combined the idea of military conquest + incorporating the existing religious ideas (the Roman way) with the 'pursuit of orthodoxy' ideas (the Jewish way). Perhaps he was directly inspired by the Christian conversions, but it could easily have been the other way too.

A people named "Ethiopians" were indeed mentioned in the Iliad as allies of the Trojans.
t. gyro that have read the original text

Nope. That was I s l a m
There's a fucking good reason demotic Egyptian (Coptic) and Assyrian languages not only survived but also thrived under Christianity and how they are nearly extinct today.

There was camaraderie before - Rome integrated the Etruscans, the Greeks and also many elements of the Celts - but not the Carthaginians or Jews. The Germanics and Celts had a strong sense of unity among themselves, uniting many times under Vercingetorix or the Battle of Teutoburg - the greeks had their olympic games with people from all across the Helenistic world, no matter the rivalries. Celts invaded and spread all across Europe - in the same way the "Proto-European" languages and culture practices spread across it - the Germanics had wars with the Celts, but also there was the "Belgian" peoples and the "Boii" who were mixed. There was the Bastarnae who were mixed Germanics with Scythians and there were mixed Dacians. The belgians easily became the Franks, in the new polity, with the addition of more Roman and Germanic elements, and they easily assimilated those in the Roman world.

Spain is considered Europe, not because of just christianity, but because they are descendents of the Visigoths and the Romanized peoples - while the Syrians were considered Europeans ONLY because of the Greeks - the Greeks leaving after the Arab invasions - only semites were left mostly, and thus, even if the country remained majority christian, they were not seen as European. There were elites - Romans in their Empire - Visigoths in their kingdom - but that doesn't mean they didn't saw their subjects as not-European, which is why they delimitated the continents so dutifully - on biology.

Religion of Cuck™ literally says "convert all infidels", those who do not convert can be enslaved and taxed to support attacks on infidels by muslims. It also says "destroy all other temples", including images, which is something common to all Abrahamic religions.

This:

This line is repeated at least 3 times in the old testament alone. Religion of Cuck™ incorporated very little, the kaaba being mostly due to the falling black stone during the time of mohomo'd the pedo goatfucker, Mecca, a former shrine (which was not really opposite to Abrahamic doctrine), was also the central point of Religion of Cuck™. The Church central idea was to spread it's own religious dogma upon EVERYONE - Religion of Cuck™ would never have existed without it - and that is just one of the many elements which muhomo'd the pedo goatfucker took over from the Christians in the Middle East to set up his religion.

I did some research on the earliest bronze age sites in Yemen looking to see if there was evidence for staging post colonies for trade from Susa and the Persian gulf into the red sea and there were relatively highly advanced sites established at that time in the 4th millenium BC.

Quite clearly agriculture depended on a typically Near Eastem suite of crops - 6-row barley, bread wheat, lentils, and other legumes - which was introduced to the Yemeni highlands by the last quarter of the 4th millennium BC.

That went on to become the basis for the Highland Kingdom of Saba, this paper is great on the early trade connections in the Red sea.

One of the points of this thread was to demonstrate that in the 4th millenium BC Susa and the Uruk sphere in general were playing a highly important developmental role.

Bumping this thread for historical significance, too much hysterical habbenings on pol these days to appreciate such threads. Thanks anons for your contributions

This probably didn't happen. The Romans specifically talked about foreign gods and cults frequently, including the mother goddesss, and often equated foreign gods with their own pantheon. There's also reason to believe that the Etruscan gods were literally identical to the Roman gods initially (namely, the existence of Numa in Roman myth, even if not historically), until they adopted and adapted hellenistic mythology to their own.

You are being bluepilled.

I am trying to get you to commit violence because I'm terrible at my job. It is completely compromised from top to bottom.
They use bots and outright censorship to drown out any voices going against their agenda. They are trying to establish this place as an 'alt-lite CNN' to keep you asleep. See below for proof.
The truth is that almost every internet forum and chat platform is the same way. We are being cornered systematically.

The goal is to keep you unmotivated and apathetic by bombarding you with meaningless garbage, and above all, to condition you to believe that effective activism is a passive affair, eg: posting online, showing up at a rally and yelling a little.

Any message that might lead to you thinking about improving your circumstances is targeted.
Their four main strategies:
1) Just delete the message outright
2) Flooding the conversation with bots/shills posting negative comments and "entertaining memes" to put you at ease and make you more likely to take the bait
3) Bots/shills making replies that roughly agree with the message but add in some element of insanity, eg: "meme magic", "esoterism", or random murder/destruction to try to associate the message with mental illness etc.
4) When all of the above fails and the people reading the message start to believe they are participating in a censored and astroturfed discussion, the site's moderators and/or the shills under them will start acting childish and stupid in order to appear as "just some idiot in charge of this little corner"
See the links at the bottom for evidence.

Simple fact: Censorship of honest speech with no due process is 100% jewish. When you support it you are giving in to your jewish conditioning and are forsaking your rational mind. The truth does not fear competition from lies, because it stronger than any lie. Truth is the primary tool and weapon of Aryans in everything we do. If you knowingly support censorship you have renounced your Aryan identity

Haven't you ever wondered why people very seldom call for real action against our enemies?
TOR gives the average activist reliable anonymity with minimal effort and most motivated people know it, so it's not just the 'chilling effect' from mass surveillance. The truth is that every popular forum is censored by the government through intelligence contractors.
They infiltrate moderation positions, they hostilely take over ownership of websites, and they send swarms of bluepill AI bots to forge a false consensus that we should sit around here doing nothing while our people are being burned away from the inside by this insane jewish society.
They are taking over everywhere, they are taking over everything. Forgot about Gamergate already?
STOP tolerating this bluepill bullshit. If we don't do something soon we'll have no way to break our people out of the spell.

NO
It means you actually start doing what it takes to fight back and remove the problem from our civilization.

We don't need more proof of the jewish problem. There is more than enough that anyone can find. We don't need to "redpill" more people. We already have the numbers we need.
Don't underestimate the strength of a small group of determined people (see: American Revolution). Free will and truth conquers all.

What we need is for YOU to get ACTUALLY redpilled, we need you to get in fighting shape, and BRING CIVIL WAR.
The fact is that the vast majority of people will not accept the redpill until this jewish society starts cracking. They are too sedated, too enthralled with their entertainments and material goods.

American Revolution II will no doubt entail more sacrifice than American Revolution I.
"Shitposting" and "meme magic" will not cut it. We will all have to make sacrifices for the freedom of our people. You should be thinking about what you are willing to sacrifice.

If the civil war broke out tomorrow, ask yourself honestly - what would you do? Would you be prepared? What would you have to do to be prepared?
PRIORITIZE YOUR PREPARATION
Find friends willing to take preparation seriously and don't let go of them. Don't be afraid to live your life because of spooks….they simply do not have the resources to stop you. They are completely invested in propaganda as a solution to our threat.

We do not have very much time. We can't survive another generation of this subjugation. We will have to take action soon.
Already it will be very difficult to heal our people. Things will never be the same.

This is bottom-tier bot 'logic' trying to make you afraid of living your life.
No one is going to arrest you for meeting up and talking to people. No one is going to arrest you for going to the gym. No one is going to arrest you for reading books. No one is going to arrest you for anonymously posting statements calling for revolution on the internet.
You have all the tools to make yourself valuable to the movement, and when the time comes to fight, you can be ready and pull your weight and more.
WAKE UP. DO SOMETHING THAT MATTERS.

Posting propaganda like this anonymously is the easiest thing in the world to do with TOR and VPNs. We need to rid ourselves of the bluepill culture. The internet forums are a major introduction point for young people. Speak out! Wake others up to the facts. Don't let some worthless jews destroy the constructive aspects of our culture and bluepill innocent youngsters.
Do not submit to the flimsy authority of these jewish bastards. Never forget that the First Amendment is on your side.
Your posts will get spammed with fake replies and eventually deleted. Don't stop. People will see it, they will react, and when they see how automatic the censorship is, they will start to believe and realize what is happening, they will become motivated to do something.

Pay attention to this one! AI will suprise you with what it's able to pick up from what you say, and can even interpret images. Don't reply to anyone you suspect of being a bot! You would only teach it to be more convincing.

One day when I refused to have this thread be censored for 5+ hrs it was constantly spammed with bot garbage. Obviously too much energy for human autists.
This is what the kike strategy of 'Always Double Down' looks like. They are trying to play off of the common misconception that if they are called out they would stop. No, they just keep going harder than ever. They are betting that you will find the truth of the bot swarms too much to believe. They think they can condition you into believing a manufactured consensus. Not recognizing this pattern could be a fatal mistake.

Evidence of compromised site and bot net:
part 1: ibb.co/gujKyw
part 2: ibb.co/hqJq5b

What action am I calling for exactly?
I don't presume to be the general in charge of the revolution. But I can tell the plain facts: if we keep being censored we can't get anything going. Censors are our first enemy.
If any of you are willing to take real action, take it against media entities. Sabotage their infrastructure, hunt their personel. They don't deserve to live, they are the hand that is choking our people. Cut it off.
Kill them. Find a vulnerable target that is guilty of spreading lies or suppressing free voices and kill them. We need for everyone of their sort to be afraid to do their job.

The Romans are interesting in that they established their entire Pantheon within a single City which had not been the case previously, the likes of the Greeks, Mesopotamians and Egyptians were widely distributed within specialized centres, the likes of the Celts also understanding their Deities as distributed throughout the landscape.

It was the case then that everyday in Rome was a religious sacred day to an aspect of the Pantheon and that did serve to create a remarkable powerhouse phenomena, without the specialization and broad distribution though the Roman Pantheon tended to lack the depth of others which could only be sourced generally through considering the Greek archetypes.

Putting one's eggs all in one basket as it were also rendered the entire system prone to compromise and subversion as was the case with the Cult of the Divine Emperor and then the introduction of Christianity which saw all the former aspects of the Pantheon represented by Saints, but overall Rome provides the best example of the advantages of playing with a full deck.

Some people interested in history?
You guys should have a read of the huge city found in the English channel. That place flooded some 15k years ago.

Aswell as the massive pyramid and ruins of the cost of Japan. They placed flooded much earlier in the past.

Not an argument.

Muh innocent peaceful atheists have never persecuted Christians, nor have they ever destroyed Christian history or works of Christian philosophy and theology.

There is also a Norse Goddess named Nanna

...

If there's any connection it could possibly relate to the cult of Nanaya which was sometimes rendered Nana, her cult had extended Northwards from Iran into central Asia and beyond, the similarity is that both traditions relate to mortal women as incarnations of Divine principles..

A log with a few squiggles carved into it hardly can be considered a temple

Are you completely retarded out of religious butthurt?

Hmmm, I don't seem to recall Christians destroying the Temple of Artemis.

Could you please cite me some sources that would indicate that they did?

P.S. Anything with any actual value was simply re-appropriated.

If pagan LARPers actually knew anything about history, they would actually know this.

Are you telling me you wouldn't burn the work of and all derivatives of Marx as well as stamp out his memory? What about the Frankfurt School? What about Sade?

I see nothing wrong with book burning and knowledge being lost because, outside of technology, those things can be highly subversive. Not all knowledge is equal or sacred and treating it as such is part of why society is how it is today.

Nah, christians wuz gud bois who dindu nuffin, they just desecrated the burial grounds of their own ancestors all across europe and built churches above them, with the stones from cannibalized temples, because dem whiteys!!!

Nigger, this is a fucking statistic. Don't make me list thousands of other kikepedia articles more to prove what is public knowledge. The Hitler quote stands, we are not enemies here, despite the churchcuck psy-op (((implanted))) inside your mind.

You're the one who picked the temple of Artemis, fag, which was destroyed (after being rebuilt twice following natural disasters) by pagan Germans. Although there are accounts that it was rebuild and then destroyed by God in an earthquake after being exorcised of its demons by a Christian missionary.

>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delphi
I don't recall that ever being destroyed, it was simply abandoned. The ruins are still around today.

>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temple_of_Jupiter,_Damascus
This was simply converted into a church.

>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statue_of_Zeus_at_Olympia
Damaged by fire

No record of what happened to it.

Converted to Christian uses.

Etc.

It seems that God just hates these pagan places, and they were destroyed (often repeatedly) by natural disaster or just fell into disuse. After paganism was banned, they just became spooky places that upset the locals, so something useful was made of them some times or they were just left to rot.

...

Apollo had earlier announced he wasn't real in a somewhat paradoxical statement.

The reason that Christianity was able to displace the traditional Pantheons was that they had been in decline due to their increasing obsolescence as the means through which society was ordered as that had become increasingly under Merchant control, were once an individuals life had found focus at the local shrine dedicated to their profession the new focus was serving their Masters and it was understood that you can't serve two of those so the place of religion declined.

Even Artemis of Ephesus was towards simplification were all previous Divine Feminine archetypes had been dumped onto her, the order of the day was religious syncretism and Christianity achieved such were religion became something you did on Sunday and was seen outside of normative day to day activity, so a process of marginalization and eventually the drive towards eradication and total emphasis on Mercantile productive priority.

At the beginning of that process and the introduction of the Shekel liquid currency leading to Debt slavery this had been recognized, that the Merchants were drawing people away from serving at the Hurrian cultic centres in order to serve them, a transference of power, and for that reason the Semitic city of Ebla was understood as destroyed in the name of Tessub and through the agency of Sauska/Istar of Nineveh thus beginning the ongoing conflict, ultimately people will need to decide which cause they wish to serve the Merchants or Divine Order.

Interesting post.

Okay I don't care about your guy's argument but this is completely incorrect. The Elder Futhark was incredibly widespread, from England down to the Ostrogoths, and could conjugate perfectly fine (in fact all sufficiently descriptive honetic alphabets can, as conjugation is a feature of verbal language. Only hieroglyphic languages cannot conjugate). As far as literacy, the concept that the Futhark was secret is belied by the fact that is was absolutely everywhere that the Germanics went. I think the biggest hurdle of the Futhark leaving relics is the fact that most Germanic construction and manufacturing was done in wood, not in stone as other societies. This is because of access to large forests of rot resistant hardwood in the North that make stone seem very clumsy. You probably live in a Germanic style house now, as opposed to a mediterranean. Most runic carving was probably done on low grade scrap wood, leaving behind very little artifacts. This should seem obvious to anyone who tries to inscribe runic characters, The most sensible way to do it is with a knife and a soft wood.

As far as low density, decentralized, tribal, non megastructure building people go, find me one that compared to the literacy of the early Germanics.

Greece, Iran, and Ethiopia are about equidistant. The world has always been more connected than a cursory exploration of history will reveal to you. I mean one of the apostles died in Southern India.
