Honestly fuck all. Im on $17 something an hour + $15 a day travel allowance an 200 cash for saturdays. 1st an 2nd year will be garbage pay no matter what, 4th yr pays like 20 an hour but if youre basically a bricky by then you should be able to work something out with your boss.
Alterative is like a full time 1 year course at tafe, 3 or 4 days a week an maybe labor on the other days for someone

I've got a stem degree and can't find a real job. I'm making 8.25 an hour at my current mcjob, and am lucky if I get a full 40 hours a week. I'd kill to make that.

Whip out the yellow pages an have a browse for trades that youd be interested in doing or go to/call/jewgle your nearest tafe an find out what you can. Maybe call up afew blokes an say youre thinking about doing an apprenticeship an if you can labor for a week or 2 first to see if youll be keen.
