Life Rings are much less important a couple of dozen levels in, by that point it's all about Rush and EXE spamming.

Basically, you buff up normally, and you attack with Rush to get your EXE level up fast. Damage this way is not importing, it's the quantity of attacks. So an 8-attack rush tap is ideal. Anyway you do that until your EXE is topped off, then you spam buffed EXE attacks which will very effectively overwhelm most enemies. And then you repeat.

Well while I don't think it'll nullify you getting dreams, I do think it'll put you at a disadvantage because when you actually write the stuff, you might have a better chance at recalling them happening (Its another important step towards lucid dreaming) & IMO, looks better than just typing the stuff. (Course you could always try to write on Paint but thats nothing!)

Also some other minor tips I could give you to help is to stay hydrated with water, have some milk when you get up in the morning, try some cheese (They're said to help dreaming), and find ways to clear your mind like meditation.

If it'll be a digital copy, coloured. If it's going to be a physical copy, black and white. Just because it's more expensive to buy a coloured one.

Black and white works better for storytelling in more static contexts, I think. Something about color is too attention-grabbing for a comic-like format where you'll see more than one scene on a page, unless it's dulled in some fashion. Color works for motion-based presentation because that problem disappears.
