Even then, are downgrades not an sorry fact of the industry? Most retards who have no idea about games development only really care about the visuals, so if they are happy and are fooled by how good it looks who cares as long as it plays well. Though I suppose it could lead to the company getting unfair shtick in the future.
Is it not held that graphics are one of least important things in a game, at least from an aesthetic standpoint?
