On current PS4 architecture only reason to make exclusives is Sony paying you to do so.
And I doubt they put money on mech game.

there was talks about from developing a PSVR game, this is probably it. So yeah it's most probably gonna be exclusive, especially considering some of Sony's recent comments.
Expect PC gamers to cry over it.
