The goal of propaganda is to influence minds, not to cause chaos. Judging from this post alone I can tell that you lack tact and subtlety. Whatever it is you're planning to put up should at most have the effect of controversy if taken down for being inappropriate, because at minimum, the propaganda should spark proper dialogue, and have people talking. You're only going to make a spectacle of yourself, and set yourself up for failure if you go into it even thinking that there's a chance you'll get kicked out.
If you're not already /fit/, or a well known somebody on campus then prepare things to go 10x worse if you fail, or are discovered. Or if you are those things spark 10x more controversy in a good way.

Find a thought or attitude on campus and augment it. I'm doing that to black nationalism with #blaxit posters. I'll be doing kikes later and maybe some anti-feminist shit too. It'll be great. Make sure to poster at times where there are very few people on campus like early mornings and late afternoons. Fridays and Wednesdays are great because how few people are there at certain times. People watch and find optimal times and days. It took me 2 weeks to figure it out. make sure to carry something to defend yourself

Make the second guy wait until after the first guy is done because if the second guy is too close on his heels it will be too obvious. Also, gloves like the other guy said. The second guy should try to be a little subtle about ripping down the first flyer so post them low so he doesn't have to reach up for it. He can just quickly grab it as he's walking by without reaching for it.

Make sure the second guy holds on to the flyers he removes; don't just throw them on the ground. That way you might be able to use the same tactic more than once.

Another thing you can do is order a bunch of do-it-yourself self-inking stamp kits. Have them sent to a PO Box or your parents' houses. Assemble the stamps to have natsoc messages and distribute them privately to like-minded individuals. As you're walking by the LGBTQWTFBBQ Club's flyer for their latest sausage eating contest, quickly stamp it with "1488" or "Hitler did nothing wrong" or the message of your choice and keep walking. This one's trickier because if you get caught they'll probably count it as vandalism.

I've done it in bathrooms before. It's good because you're unlikely to get caught but it doesn't have the same presence that putting it up proudly outside does. It will come across as a little more cowardly, also you don't get as much of a rush doing it where there's no risk.

I meant spread online friendo. I would never use free university printers to make this stuff, let alone in color. You can get printers off craigslist or on sale for very little.

You can bypass the yellow dots by making your designs in black and white only and printing them out in grey scale. Or better yet, remove just the yellow cartridge and use the blue and cyan only.

See pic related, its a design I made recently for my meadhall group's autism purposes. Very little colors outside of hard black and white, and when there is one, it is kept as a highlight and implemented in such a manner that if you printed it in greyscale it wouldn't be affected to badly.

I've been involved in things like graffiti, banner drops, psyops, etc. for years so let me drop a few gems of wisdom that should help.
WHEAT PASTE
Making weat paste
>NOTE: the glue will the thinner when it's hot so keep in mind it will thicken as it cools

Advanced wheat paste
You can mix in various ingredients for specific reasons, but I personally have never had any additional success with them.

Storing wheat paste
The best container to store wheat paste is the container you will use it in. I highly reccomend using something like a ketchup or mustard bottle. This will make the first application of the glue to the paper easier (just squirt it on and slap it up). You will also need to brush over the poster, so you'll want a second container with a brush. A (double layer) zip lock bag is good for this because you can keep the paste and brush together and separate from the rest of your stuff. You can also fill inconspicuous things like coffee cups with weat paste and keep a brush in a bag in your pocket and apply that way. Think through what will be the easiest way to transport and apply the paste and be creative.

PRINTING
Ideally, you would be able to find a printer with some ink for cheap at a thrift store and use that. Hardware compatibility can be an issue so check to make sure it's not too old. You can also print out a copy anywhere and make photocopies some place where you can pay for copies in cash. Whatever you do, dump any physical evidence after the fact. You don't want someone searching your room, car, person, etc. and finding a copy of a flier they've seen pasted everywhere.

TACTICS
- The best tactic for not garnering attention is looking like you belong where you are and having a story ready if anyone confronts you. Be ready to say you saw these "terrible posters" and were going around taking them down. Plausible deniability will save your life. I can attest to this personally.
-I like to dress really nice (button up shirt, maybe a sport jacket, nice pants, dress shoes, slicked hair, etc.) when doing ops (thrift stores are great for costumes) because I look so inconspicuous. A briefcase or messenger bag can fit tons of fliers and paste, just don't make a mess.
-Another personal favorite of mine is a pizza box. Put your fliers and glue and brushes in a pizza box (or stack 3 boxes with false bottoms) and people will assume you're just walking home with some pizzas. Easy to open. Easy to ditch afterwards.
-Teamwork is also key. Having someone work lookout is invaluable, just make sure your stories match and your m8 won't turn rat under pressure.
-Also, DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. PHONE. Don't do it. Take photos the day or two after.
- Take only what you'll use and ditch everything else in a remote spot when you're done. The worst thing that can happen is you get stopped walking home and you have some un-pasted flyers on you. It's the #1 way people get caught. When you're done - have nothing incriminating on you.

I can do additional things for banner drops, etc. if people want. I know a little too much about this stuff and am always happy to sperg about it.

Some advice, don't do this. A better tactic is to find the most average, bland, and forgettable clothes possible. Things that are worn by everyone in your town. Look up stuff preppers circulate about becoming a "grey man."

I forgot to add that the best surfaces for wheatpaste are metal, glass, and plastic. Wood and brick will absorb the glue and make things very difficult for you. The more porous the surface, the less effective your glue and the easier it will be to remove.
Also on the page of making things hard to remove, once you wheat paste something, score it a bunch of times with a razor. This will cut the image into a bunch of little images that each will have to be removed separately. This works really well and I've seen posters with only a quarter removed because the person gave up trying to peel off all the little pieces. If you're really sinister, you can sandwich razor blades between the surface end the corner of your poster. Anyone who tries to lift up the corner to pull it down will get a nasty surprise. see what I mean about sperging?

This is a good point (and those are some nice dubs). The larger point is blend in. If you're in a nice, white neighborhood, it's not odd to dress nice. If you're in shitty suburbs, dress like a normie. Match your environment so a description of you is not that helpful to responders.

It doesn't suggest violence towards anyone, very normie-friendly, and is so simple and uncomplicated in its imagery that it sticks in the mind better.
