Video takes up +%90 of the file, so don't focus too hard on saving space with audio. But here is the basics.
Go with 44,100 Hz and 24 bit depth. If you really need to save just a bit of space 16 bit depth should be fine in many cases.
Sample rate is how often a measurement is taken (Hz which is the number of times something happens in a second [units 1/s]). For perfect signal reconstruction you need 2 samples per period (look up Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem for the proof). Since people hear up to 20,000 Hz a sample rate above 40,000 Hz means nothing will be missed. The other factor in audio is bit depth. Or how many discrete frequencies can be defined. At 24 bits almost no one can hear any distortions from quantification even with high bandwidth. Depending on the audio 16 bits works well for things like voice only files.
Bit rate is hard because it is not exactly what is says. Generally it is the maximum bits to be stored in one second. If you want a nice sounding file 320 kbps is as high as you need to go. But for the most part 128 kbps will do you just fine. It is worth noting that Youtube 720p videos have an audio bitrate of 192kbps.

Unless you're making a purely audio webm, this is just wasteful. Audio for most webms made with Opus need not go past 64 kbps.
