What's wrong? It takes me to ricks voice and I press 1 to go to the counter. As soon as the call is transfered to the counter I hear the sound of somebody picking up the phone then my call gets disconnected. I just can't seem to get somebody to answer without them immediately hanging up.

How would that be useful? The only thing they could do would be take no calls in which case they'd also be avoiding calls from legitimate customers.
