Feminine Dick.

Completely retarded.

Nothing wrong with this though.

homosexuals

he fell for it

stop watching porn bubber youll feel better after day 10

People have been going to Asia to fuck ladyboys since before internet pornography was a thing user.

You are not deserving of those double dubs.

Memes existed before the internet, user.

Java = Shit. That should have been enough of a tip to keep clear.

I fell for the console meme

I'm sad now

Don't.

but she needs a home, what is a fair price for her? 5 shekels?

"The PS4 is actually really good user, worth every penny!"
- normalfag friends.

Fucking liars, user. Fucking liars.

...

5 sheleks is acceptable. Altough the controller was kind of shit I know somebody who actually bought it, and I did play Duck Game on it for a while. It was fun but then it was released on steam too, so it lost whatever appeal it might've had on me.

She got urged to get up on stage by everyone in the school, she stood up and ran for the podium, she gave a speech, nothing could of pleased the crowd more. She was led by a mother, that grew too jealous of her daughters popularity. So she broke her knee caps and left her in the ditch to die.

...

Kill me, fam

I guess it's better to have a huge delay over an endless stream of small delays that won't stop the game from being shit.
You still deserve to get your shit fucked up for backing that shit after knowing about IGA being friends with Mr. Shitface though, that's enough of a bad precedent.

...

Its more the fact they're looking for new devs that's convinced me its going to be another mistake.
I actually didn't know that till later.

I didn't listen… I paid $60 on launch day…

The hype that surrounded From Dust which was touted as a game that was similar to Black & White.

What I got was lemmings-lite

I had fun. Repetitious fun, but it was still fun.

pic related is the meme I fell for.

I know

Man, the PS3 version of brink was only 500mb to download and the PC was a few gigs.

I preordered to get Ground Zeroes

its pretty good until you realize wheres no keyboard stepfiles

I miss being a ferocious, flesh eating gnome who thinks her species is the best thing Great Alchemy has ever put into the universe. All the game systems are absolute shit though. It took me year to realize it.

He has ties to Mr. Shitface? Fug!

Got you fam

Buy a proper controller you fatass.

fallout 4

i didn't buy it i pirated it
please don't kill me

This thread makes me want an Ouya, I could put it on the bookself and point at it every time my kids want to do something retarded with their / my money.

Nothing wrong with Pirating a game to try it user, in fact I would argue you are better than all the retards that shat on it without ever playing it.
I pirated it and fucking hated it too

i dont fall for memes, i create them

Gimme a BJ, Ouya-tan.

How many of us fell for Starbound back in the day? So many of us didn't pay attention to the red flags.

I'll make you feel good.

(checked)
Hit me with it. My body is ready.

...

Ouya I always knew you were a hottie but this is a bit much.

Why did they choose to have someone that clearly doesn't give a fuck about games to handle the media on a games console? They really should have used some of that money to get a Holla Forumsirgin.

...

She was the CEO, lel.

I get that, what I don't get is having her handle PR / press.
Surely they had someone working there that actually knows something about vidya.

...

She really likes the television doesn't she?

I fell for the smartphone meme because they got shilled ultra hard somewhere in 2011.

Why do I get the feeling that kotaku, extra credits, and reddit didn't actually sponsor this lol

...

They can be extremely useful but the vast majority of people don't use any of their potential beyond shitposting on facebook.

disgusting

Are you and the dipshit that made that legitimately retarded? Of course you guys are, that was a rhetorical question. Dumbass.

Space Vagineers

Shit sucks, too much work for little enjoyment. I had more fun with Arkham Knight and that one was crashing every 5 hours or so.

I fell for this shit back in 2010.

I pre-ordered four copies. One for myself, and three for friends.
They never played with me.
RTW shut down the game a month and a half after launch.

At least EA honored my refund request and gave me the Collectors Editions of Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age, and Battlefield Bad Company 2. So everything worked out okay, I guess?

:(

And it was the last game I ever pre-ordered

fuck, I had finally forgotten about it until now

I thought this was going to be the one. After Time went on, turns out it was shit.

I went all in and spent well over 100$ on founder garbage

...

I try not to make the same mistake twice

Steam, Oblivion, Windows the list could go on.

Rather conspicuous that you didn't include Tor in that list of memes you fell for.

I used Steam from 2005 to 2011. That was so stupid. In my defense, I always preferred boxed copies and only bought exclusives. It was a more innocent time where companies were not taking advantage of their users as much. Even so, it was a mistake. I can't retrieve my games but I don't miss them. I grew out of them and play much better ones now. It would have been nice to be able to give them away or sell them but that's what I get for being a moron.

Fuck off you pigeon toed faggot.

it will be released one day right?
RIGHT?

The guys who wanted to make an actual sandbox out of Firefall are trying a new game

...

Things not going so well in the other thread?

Sell your ships, you still have time.

I only got one to call people on a phone

They you should of bought a cell phone, not a "smart" phone

whats wrong with dragons dogma?

no, i must live with my mistakes so i don't commit them again
I gonna carry that weight

Probably complaining about the overhype, and to be honest, it did get a little a bit of that. Still, we didn't get 80% of what was planned for Dragon's Dogma, so keeping the hype alive is all that keeps DD fans sane.

Hey, everyone! Look at this faggot in the face and laugh real hard!

Seriously though user, what the fuck man?

True, but it was a gift

Ah yeah, i also feel for Y online
Do you remember the daily hype threads user? The beta weekends were so fun too… how did the game become so lame?

Of course it will user, is this the face of incompetent hack in over his head?

of course not!

Wymen have shit taste in wymen. That's why lesbos are always ugly

I suspect women judge other woman's bodies from the perspective of a clothing rack.

They game did get rushed because some exec at capcom though the game wouldn't sell as much as it did and when capcom got proven wrong they tried to kill it with a mobile game and an MMO. I'm sure some business outfit was in charge of that decision and being a stubborn asshole tried to kill the game which one could say it worked.

I feel for the 3Ds piracy meme. Only to accidentally brick my system, by a 2DS as a replacement, and find out that there's really no good games for the system besides maybe Soul Hackers.

Nip corporate culture is run by assholish old men who lack the flexibility to adapt to changes in the video-game market. As they get older, they paradoxically command more authority, but become less capable to exercise that authority effectively.

If an exec like that got in my way I'd try my hardest to get that exec removed rather than let my project get hobbled or die.

bought the steam controller
pre-ordered Fallout 4 pip-goy edition

Fallig for the Steam controller meme is sorta fair because it could have been neat, second one requires suicide you fucking retard what the fuck were you thinking?

Firstly you KNEW the game would have a voiced protagonist and you KNEW it would be written by Bethesda. Even the most ignorant consumer would know those two things yet you bought it anyways. Secondly you didn't just buy it, you pre-ordered it. There is no reason to do this, ever. And lastly you bought the $100 giant clunky plastic phone case what the fuck man.

its literally become gemstore the game

oyeah

$120, it was $120 plus shipping.
I deserve any and all scorn put upon me.

But why did you do it user? How did you justify that to yourself?

I bet he simply could not resist the temptations of Todd posters

Trump

Thank you for Correcting the Record!

I was so desperate for fallout I just didn't see the writing on the wall. It's not a mistake I'll make again.

All you had to do was filter and not reply. Instead you had to reply like this was Holla Forums

Shameful. It's okay though, I bought Besiege back when it was the new memegame on the block.

store.steampowered.com/app/269610/
I don't even know what the fuck I expected

Wow.

Even Nip gamers are memeing hard for a DD2 so at least the hype among western/rest of the world players are not that far off.
But yeah I do get the impression that the game was meme'd too hard by normalfags for all the wrong reasons.

Can't wait for whatever exec is blocking DD2 to commit sudoku so the greenlight can be given before we get another MML3 pulled on us.

yeah it was doomed before it even started

At least Crapcom BTFO'd him which is one of the only sensible decisions they've made recently.

christ almighty
play Caster instead
store.steampowered.com/app/29800/

I still like the steam controller, i think it's comfy for 4X and other turn based games

I tried it out and really liked the customization options, back pedals, and I guess I didn't mind the touchpads. However what absolutely killed it for me was the face buttons and lack of dpad. The face buttons were just too far away from the right pad (they should have been around the edges of it rather than in a seperate circle) and the lack of dpad made it shit for fighting or platformer games.

I have been using it a little bit for playing SNES games, and I never found the face buttons to be the problem. I do have big hands, though.

Stepmania is fucking awsome. I have a proper dance pad, and I can play just about any ddr song on top of custom made songs. I do think stepmania is gay if you use a keyboard tho.

These games being good. They aren't.

I liked them.

First Bioshock was alright, second was an unnecessary sequel that made combat better in return for an even shittier story. Magically Sofia Lamb is this huge important figure and near-messianic to many splicers even though you trawled through a good chunk of Rapture and found absolutely no mention of her whatsoever as Jack, also she once pwned that shitlord Andrew Ryan in public debate in front of everybody and the whole bus stood up and cheered, and one of the best goody-gumdrops endings you can get is forgiving Lamb after learning of all her atrocities and that she kept her daughter in her basement for a good chunk of her life thinking she'd be made a genius from total isolation and to force her communistic ideology onto her.

Pirating vidya.
I lost a total of $0.
It's going to take forever for me to recover.
But I actually payed money for games that were actually good

No.
The story was already pretty shitty.

OK but they are still shit.

RF4 and mhgen are good games.

not an argument

I said that myself, Negrodamus.

It wasn't an argument; it was a statement. Levine was always a hack.

Eh Generations kinda sucks. Styles are fun to play with but that's pretty much Gen's redeeming feature at the moment and they may or may not see the light of MH5; also shitloads of padding out the game's length via gathering quests. Stickin' with 4U to scratch my itch for the time being.

Doesn't suddenly mean Bioshock isn't alright. Not great by any stretch but not bad by any stretch, good for one playthrough and maybe again on a higher difficulty. Alright.

Name some games you've paid for, I'm just curious what you consider a good game nowadays.

It is a game which garnered most its praise from its illusion of choice. The game cracks in the slightest of close inspections.

And I wouldn't exactly be praising its choice system if I were to break it down bit-by-bit from memory, given its choice system is Bioware-tier "good/bad" stupidity that rewards you more heavily for taking the good choice. Have you actually played it yourself? Let's talk about the arbitrarily restrictive amount of money you can hold in your wallet, even though the game supports a monetary value up to 9999 (and probably beyond), or the sameiness of some plasmids such as Insect Swarm simply being a non-elemental Incinerate!, or how in later chapters the game actually stooped to having "stronger recolors" of fucking Big Daddies instead of making them more dangerous without recoloring them in later levels, or deigning to design more types than Rosies and Bouncers (seeing as they easily could've gone along with the "repurposed construction workers" premise of them with things such as Big Daddies themed around thermal lances, concrete and other adhesives, welding, etc.), or even that Splicers were borderline retarded and had one or two dedicated types that were capable of plasmid use instead of even something like Splicers randomly having one or two plasmids from a pre-defined pool of them which broadens the further you progress, so that you'd encounter Winter Blast Splicers towards the beginning and Splicers would be following a power-progression roughly analogous to Jack's.

You want to talk about the game or do you just want to write it off as irredeemable after talking about things anybody could talk about with a surface-level GameFAQs skim?

Somewhat recently, I have been very poor and have not bought anything. I'm waiting for more money and I will then buy some games on sale,
I have pirated then bought:
Ori and the Blind Forest
Sonic CD - remade on a newer engine supporting multiple resolutions and more stable framerate
Binding of Isaac Rebirth
I am planning on buying games like:
undermeme
Big Pharma

Even then, I've been having a lot of fun with (free) fan games and mods. Lately I've been playing Renegade X and Mental Omega. I really enjoyed Sonic Before the Sequel, Sonic After the Sequel, and Sonic Robo blast 2.

"don't make more art in the genre I enjoy! only the best for purists like me!"

witcher 3 is worth buying

How the hell could anyone fell for OUYA? Wasn't it just a smartphone in a box?

Pretty much it was just an Android phone with a controller, yeah.

memes I didn't fall for because they're fucking shit

But wasn't that pretty much what they promised and what they delivered? How can you be tricked by it? "I ordered an android box and they gave me an android box, what a disappointment!"

I don't know why you still think that that is a decent game after all that.
BTW: The illusion of choice thing I was talking about the opening scene in the plane crash.
I'm going to post something that I said elsewhere.

Main Character:
Why is the main character one of those Half-Life style silent protagonists? You hear him talk in the opening scene so why is he suddenly mute? With games like Portal 2, you feel like there isn't anything add to the conversation but Bioshock feel like the main character is a literal mute and everyone else is ignoring his numerous hand gestures.

Twist:
The twist doesn't make sense and it is super pretentious and hypocritical. I have nothing to add to this but an opinion that this wasn't some kind of commentary. Remember this was from the guys that coined the term Ludonarrative dissonance.

The Choice:
Like everyone has said, you going make one choice and stick to it. The game has garner a lot of praise due to this moral dilemma except the game does so much to get you pick the good option. Besides the whole moral issue, the game does a poor job incentivizing the evil choice. Adam isn't really that necessary and you have no idea how much Adam you will get from the process. You only know that harvesting gets more Adam than rescuing. You don't even have a vague idea like "You'll only half the Adam.". Also, the first person that you meet that wasn't trying to kill you tells you not to do the evil thing, gives you a non-evil alternative, and killed the last person who tried to do that evil thing. There is also the whole bias to the status quo. People should stop patting themselves in the back for not killing fictional little girls.

Gameplay:
What I hate about the game the most is how obsessed it is in controlling the player's experience. You can't horde anything. There is tons of ammo laying around but your character will only pick up a hand full. This is to make sure bad players can always find ammo and good players won't be rewarded for being stingy with ammo. This also applies to money which has a rather small wallet cap for a game about Objectivism. There is also the quest markers, vita-chambers, lack of a "Shut the fuck up, Atlas!" button, and how the game teaches you how to use fire and electric magic. Seriously if you need to be taught using electricity on enemies standing on water hurts them, then you probably shouldn't be playing video games.

I bought a PS4 just to play the Destiny beta. Is that a meme? Or just sad?

>tfw I own a Wii U before it was hacked

Just stupid, lad.

Early access has been good to me, between KSP, BeamNG, Banished and Squad I have gotten thousands of hours of entertainment very cheap.
Even including my mistakes (Forest, Stranded Deep and Subnautica) I have saved money over waiting and buying after full release.

I really hope that Haydee does well though. The robot is one hot jambalaya if you know what I mean.

Paying money to beta test games, never again.

the makers deployed the open-source meme in their marketing.

post yfw you didn't fall for the VR meme

What did she mean by this?

oh look its this fag again

reminder

damn you, you've got me watching RGB masterclasses again
MLIG is decent for it to be honest

The "Fallout 1 is a really good game" meme is the most recent one I can recall falling for.

I contributed to this fucking scam… This is what taught me to never ever trust a video game to be good, until it's finished and released.

Never pre-order.
Never crowdfund.
Never trust Early Access.

There's more but these are the ones I regret most.

>contracted the meme fever from philip defranco
>wasn't until I fell for dank lulz 2 that I learned my lesson
A-at least I never backed a k-kickstarter
