Diet and Psychological Health

I stumbled across an article from a medical journal earlier today called "Intestinal transit in anxiety and depression" that really activated the almonds. The study found that anxiety and depression were linked to stool regularity. We all know that the modern post-industrial diet leaves a lot to be desired, but the impact that the modern diet's intestinal effects could have on mental health is not something that I have heard much about.

This is particularly interesting in light of the prevalence of anxiety and depression in our society. Wouldn't it be interesting if it turned out that some of this could be attributed simply to diet? It would be a mistake to think that diet is the only factor involved of course, but diet could be exacerbating an already existing problem. In my own experience, I tend to feel better both physically and mentally when I have a well balanced diet, so it makes intuitive sense.

The reason I find this interesting is because what it says about the psycho-pharmaceutical industry. Many psychiatric drugs have side effects that disrupt digestive health. These drugs that attempt to treat the symptoms of anxiety and depression may actually be feeding into other symptoms that create or worsen anxiety or depression, creating a vicious cycle.

Just one more reason to sort out your dietary habits if you haven't already. Title of the article is included above and it's easy to find with a search engine, but here is an archive of the download page with abstract as well: archive.fo/sys3j

Also, general dietary health thread, I guess.

The gut and the brain are connected. Look into fermented and cultured foods, they are very healthy for your stomach.

I found this article on fish oil and the self-critical brain loop.
bearlamp.com.au/fish-oil-and-the-self-critical-brain-loop/

Does anyone here know of any ways of dealing with brain fog and sluggish cognitive tempo?

Sugar is bad. Avoid high fructose corn syrup. Replace sugary drinks with water. Mass produced and processed foods have little nutritional value. Learn to cook from natural ingredients. If possible grow your own fruits and vegetables. Collect local spring water or get a filter to avoid carcinogenic metals and flouride.

I'm still a bit new to all of this myself, so I can't comment too much on specifics, but I can give some perspective. Diet is pretty much everything. If you want your body to work a certain way, feed it what it needs to make it work that way. Pills don't fix anything. Pills tell your body to do something, and your body does something. Pills are the synthetic form of a diet. If you're thinking of taking anything pharmaceutical, find the natural version of whatever they were ripping off with that synthetic garbage. They're always ripping off nature. All of our synthetic food is a rip-off of natural stuff too. Food is also medicine.

go gluten free

I love sauerkraut and used to make my own kimchi, but its a little too potent for me. Outside of small occasional amounts, its like rocket fuel. I've been trying to find a good but not to inexpensive yogurt for sale, but it is hard to find a really satisfying yogurt in the United States like you can get in Europe.

I'll check that out.

That reminds me that Codreanu had a good take on medicine, I think. Can't find it atm, but to summarize, chronically taking medicine trains your body to rely on the medicine to tell it what to do, and when you stop taking the medicine, your body can no longer support itself.

Buy whatever (live) youghurts you can find, and make your own culture:

Take parts of a yoghurt and mix with full fat milk, and culture it (seal the air) at somewhat above room temperature.

When you buy another yoghurt, add a little of the contents to your culture. Every day, drink 3/4 of your culture, and reculture the rest with more milk. If done correctly, with a live culture, it will be healthy an grow.

It was shorter than I was anticipating and I should have read it before posting here It was a good read. I have a bad case of critical brain loop, and also have pretty low fish consumption because a (((doctor))) told me I had fish allergies over a decade ago. Turns out he was full of shit, so I have been slowly adding it back into my diet.

I might try that. I am always nervous about culturing yogurts and aging cheeses and stuff at home, for some reason. Seems like there would be lots of ways it could go wrong and make you sick somehow.

sauerkrauts, leeks and cabage kill a lot of intestinal parasites.
This alone is a good reason to eat them at least once a week.

Thanks Satan, duly noted. I do love me some cabbage.

Ya, I'm sure that's true, cause your body adapts VERY well to everything. Having too much of something? Don't worry! You'll become desensitized, and you'll be back to a new normal. Too little of something? Well, the body has many other methods of maintaining its work, even if it's not always optimal. Are you in a physically trying situation, like moving weights around? Your body will adapt and grow strong. You can even grow a tolerance to poison over time. Recreational drugs generally hijack bodily processes, and usually overload it. After enough of that, you become desensitized, and you'll be taking the drug just to maintain normal levels, even though it's not really normal. I'm sure it's the same for pharmaceutical drugs. Just as an example, meth hijacks your dopamine receptors, and dopamine is understood to deal with sleep regulation, pattern recognition, and the reward center of your brain. Just imagine burning out your dopamine receptors, and having abnormally low levels of that going on until you resensitize. It's going to suck bad. On the other hand, you know what else is addictive and deals with dopamine? Porn and masturbation. You gotta cut it out, folks. It's extremely difficult if you've desensitized yourself, but there you go. Basically, get rid of any addictions you may have, cause they are very likely screwing with your biological functions. You might not even be able to tell until after you start fixing the problem.

Make your own bread as well instead of eating processed shite full of sugar. Use the moro recipe below to make bread better than any you'll buy in a supermarket

This thread will get 404'd fast. Diet and knowing where your food is coming from is one of the biggest red pills. Diet is directly linked to cancer mental health, and other diseases that can be attributed to eating shit food

As someone who works in an office and has problems with "stool regularity" (lol), what's the solution? What or how do I have to eat to solve this problem?

Also how often should one shit per week, ideally?

The gluten free diet is a myth and a conspiracy theory to detract from the real issue. The truth is that GMO grains, primarily soy, corn, wheat lead to microscopic abrasions in the intestinal wall known as leaky gut. Leaky gut allows pathogens from other foods to cross the gut to the blood stream keeping the body in a constant state of inflammation.
The solution is to move to heirloom grains, is, millet, rye, flax and take a full spectrum probiotic.
Also as mentioned in another thread, take magnesium supplements, as low magnesium messes with the thyroid causing lethargy.

There is allways potentisl risks, but if you read up a little, you can learn when and if your culture has gone bad. Basically, if your culture smells or looks unnatural, you shouldn't eat it. And you won't, because it will smell terrible.

Buy whatever yoghurt (with a live culture) you can find, and mix some of it with full fat milk. Seal the air, and have it culture at above room temperature. Every day you can drink most of it, and culture the test with more milk. If you buy a new yoghurt, you can add it to your culture.

Fermenting and culturing is easy and natural, and without it humans wouldn't have survived before refridgeration.

Some people think that this is a part of the reason for the rise in food allergies. Besides the obvious reason of over-diagnosis, of course.

I find that I feel best when I eat broccoli or another green vegetable as the primary component of one of my meals each day, but some people can't handle that much roughage. Experiment and find what works for you. Water and aerobic exercise is important for regularity too.

Between one and three time a day you're in the norm medically speaking.

Eat more greens if you are constipated.

Diarrhea is supposedly stopped by rice and carrots. But you shouldn't be having it for a prolonged time. as it would be extremely prejudicial to your hydratation.

I would like to try growing kiefer cultures. I need to find good whole fat or unpasteurized milk. I would also like to grow sourdough cultures, but that could be a much bigger project.

Taking a shit twice daily is the optimal number. If your shit stays in your intestine too long it gets re absorbed into your blood, hence making it hard and lumpy. Eat fiber in the morning and drink only water.

Seriously? I don't think I've ever shat twice a day in my life.

Sounds good, I'm one of those few people likes vegetables including Broccolis so that shouldn't be a problem.

Vitamin b complex

Eat enough fiber until your shit looks like a creamy sausage, look at type 4 in the chart.

Sourdough is easy when you have a live culture, the tricky part is establishing one. Read guides online. When the culture is healthy, you can add organic, non-monsanto flour to it (and sometimes water) everyday and it will live as long ås you remember to feed it

Whether you are Danish or Norwegian was more what I was wondering. Thanks for going out of the way to provide an educational link, though.

I have been thinking about trying diatomaceous earth, but i have been wondering what it does to the "good bacteria" of the gut. Are there any negatives to using it?

Most cases of IBS are caused from dysbiosis (imbalance of bacteria in the gut).

Bacteria imbalances usually come from shit diets (a lot of carbs, sugars etc), mothers not breastfeeding their children and genetic issues like low stomach acid and enzyme levels.

Basically our modern diet of carbs is wrecking a lot of people.

I remember that thread, I wonder if that user is still alive.

The intestines are referred to as the second brain because your gut is what makes hormones and other chemicals that your brain uses. And your bacteria plays a critical role in this.

For more information look up fecal transplants. Where people take poop (For the Gut bacteria) of athletic, healthy, people who has tons of energy and transplanted that into the colon of obese people. The results were very interesting as the obese people started shedding weight like crazy and did not have cravings for sugar anymore. In fact, you should be thinking about eating mainly to sustain the good bacteria in your body.

Unfortunately this doesn't work well for those with digestive issues like IBS. It's always worth a try though anyway.

Our intestines are the body's 2nd brain. A growing number of hormones, originally thought to have been controlled by the brain, are found to be controlled by our gut flora. Indeed having a proper diet with fermented foods will fix your mood. Does anyone here have actual autism? Gut problems and autism go hand in hand. If you destroy the gut, you destroy the mind. You are what you eat.

Magnesium. Apparently, it's one of the most rampant mineral shortages in this day and age because of over-farming of the soil.

Spot on image

You can easily reestablish good gut bacteria aftereards with probiotic fermented foods and correct diet.

There was a 8fit thread where user experimented with diatomaceous earth and it fucked him up so I would recommend simply fixing your diet if you want to get rid of parasites/bad bacteria

Healthy food is medicine. Bad food can be as good as poison. Food is what your body runs on and what your entire being is made of. Diet is EVERYTHING.

I'd put money on diet being correlated with political affinity. I've never met a truly healthy eating, well-fed-since-birth leftist. One I know regularly eats half rotten shit out of bins because it's cheap.

What does it do, exactly?

That image is 100% accurate. T. post-Holla Forums Gardeneranon

I read that thread, basically it does nothing beneficial apart from making you drink more water to make up for the diarrhea. And diarrhea was the only major downside. Diatomacious Earth is literally just inert rocks that does nothing but mildly abrade your digestive system.

I fucking love that stuff, but by God, I can't leave the house for two days after.

Basic tips:

I can't cook at all.
Is Sauerkraut from my local Goymart acceptable?

btw, when i say eat more fiber from veg, I mean a lot more. Fibrous, non-starchy vegetables should make up the majority (by volume) of the food you eat every day.

Congratulations you now have a pro-biotic that blows away all kind of pro-biotics found in a drug store.

Recently I've started eating a lot better, and it feels good. Lots more greens, especially leafy greens. Those and fish I recommend for everyone.

HOWEVER! I have never met anyone who was obsessed with eating meat, tons and tons of meat, who was a leftist pussy. I used to eat very little vegetables with huge amounts of meat, and I've always been right wing. Obviously there are more aspects than diet to belief - and I had the advantage of a religious (anti-Pharisee, anti-faggotry, anti-degeneracy religious) and lower-middle class family (the best blend of 'have' but 'don't have too much'). However I've never met another meat-lover who was liberal. Every carnivore type person I've met has had disdain for the weak and cowardly, and consequently been of an atleast semi-right wing, tribalistic outlook.

Oh, also. On the DHA/EPA thing - don't take fish oil supplements. The vast majority (as in, almost every one on the market) are brought to temperatures that damage the fats through the extraction/purification process. Just eat salmon and other high omega fish more often. Wild caught. Farmed is substantially less nutrient dense. If you're a can't-cook user, an ample single person serving of fish can be steamed in literally 4-6 minutes just on a steamer basket in a pan with the lid on. Extremely easy.

Lastly, in the meantime, maybe start taking NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) so you can stop being so depressed and stop your brain from swelling.

I had forgotten how revolting German food is.

Fermentation is not revolting.

It's not a rock. It's tiny ground up sea creatures

Water traps and gas valves work better. You can also use a balloon

That shit is terrible for your body.

Try to eat organ meats whenever possible. Wild fish and game are acceptable too.

And cut down your meat consumption.

...

That's a real trend that I've noticed also but I think it's mostly cultural. I live in liberal land and there are tons of far left "foodies" (i.e. fat, aimless, no purpose in life so they obsess about shoving shit into their eat hole at le trendy meat-on-bread vendor and then writing an essay about it on yelp) around who obsess over muh bacon, muh pulled pork sammich… Overall, testosterone and genetics are the strongest biological determining factors in political belief, and T is maximized through, in part, a healthy gut. People's biology is very different and responds to foods very differently. More meat may be optimal for some people, but in any case, the tips I listed should help out anyone who's not doing them already.

Brit diet doesn't generally have anything fermented in it. Nor has it ever.
Except booze.
So not sure how this shit would work for us.

I've been travelling Europe for a while now. Been to France, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Italy so far (and from England). The best food I've had was from Germany, specifically Schwaben food. It was sour-potato with meat wrapped in pasta-type pockets and covered with a slightly hot and spicy onion gravy. No idea what it was called but it was amazing. The slightly spicy gravy complimented the sour potato in a way you wouldn't believe, the meat was amazing and the accompanying beer didn't degrade the taste in any way.

Always ate a lot of heart, liver and kidney. In my honest opinion heart is the nicest part of any animal. That was even in my unhealthy period - but fear not, now I do eat much better.

Probably true. In England there has been a sort of 'vegetarian and salad snobbery' that a lot of lefists and pussies took part in. People who loved big, bloody pieces of meat were seen as uncouth savages, and I guess those cultural implications probably shaped how a leftist and rightist would eat to some degree. I'd love to know more about the psychology behind political perspectives, how we believe people of such perspectives should act, and how we act as individuals, and how they all intertwine…

Well yes but you have haggis. If it does not kill you it will make you stronger.

The gut has an insane amount of serotonin in it, it wouldn't surprise me to find a direct link between intestinal health and mental health. Serotonin is the neurotransmitter thought to be responsible for happiness and general mood, and as many know, most of the anti-depressants on the market act on the serotonin system in the brain. This is a very interesting avenue to explore, we might have stumbled on something here.

Vegans are gay snobs everywhere mate.

I remember Jordan Peterson and his daughter Mikhaila talking about this. If you look her up she has a blog.

No the Picts have haggis.
But the Picts will eat literally anything. Even Italians.
The Britons are more into lamb and blood.

It's too bad that veganism has been co-opted like this. Pythagoras was pretty adamant about it being an important part of spiritual development much like the Hindus, Buddhists, and Jains do. Even Evola talks about it in his earlier work on ceremonial magic. However, because it has been co-opted by snobbish urbanite liberals for virtue signalling, a lot of conservatives are unwilling to take this type of practice seriously.

Stumbled accross some info about borax/boron as a supplement a couple of days ago. It increases available testosterone, reduces estrogen, improves mental clarity & can deflouridate the body & help with arthritis (apparently)

There seems to be something to it, and it is fucking cheap. I have several kilograms of borax for blacksmithing, from memory it was less than $20 kilo (it's just a mineral after all) so I took a small dose yesterday, going guinea pig. I take weird shit for fun anyway, I'm a boots-on-the-ground Science Man. Anyone have any experience with it?

Great supplement to take for a month. Mix with glass of water. LD50 is impossible so dont be afraid to go for a bit. The slightly slippery taste gets better as your body acclimates. Borax also makes for a great hair wash among a thousand other uses. Everyone user should have some.

Cannabis is excellent for after work unwinding and forgetting.

Apparently boron is a supplement but borax is a cleaning agent that might fuck with your kidneys.

thetrustedtrolley.com.au/content/additive-search
I found this earlier.

Keep us updated.

From what I am seeing a lot of dried fruits and nuts are naturally rich in boron. It would probably be safer to eat those than drink a glass full of household cleaners.

That's because your life sucks. The quickest solution is to put a .38 revolver in your mouth and pull the trigger.

Or, you could quit being a faggot and do something with your life instead of smoking some mexican weed to "forget."

We're actually having a nice thread here, guys. Please take your drug-related dispute somewhere else.

Pythagoras once said "As long as man continues to be the ruthless destroyer of lower living beings he will never know health or peace". Did he not know that plants are also living? I believe in only taking what you need from nature, but I don't see how advocating against eating meat when our bodies are made for it can be anything other than virtue signalling.

Thanks user! I'm always looking for ways to boost testosterone, a /fit/ friend got me onto synthetic test around two years ago after he convinced me of the [low T = depression = low T = depression] feedback loop. It was a great way to break the cycle, for up to 3 months after stopping even. I don't want to be reliant on injecting nasty shit to maintain mental health though.

You misunderstand, user. Forgetting isn't "bad", it's necessary. Like a disk defrag, it allows the the mind to compress, sort, and purify. This frees up space for more.

You should look into the process of memory and learning more deeply, user.

Its more likely that all the bullshit in bad processed food is simultaneously impacting bowel regularity while also making people anxious and depressed.

Drugs are a central part of Diet and Health, where else shall I take this discussion?

Make a new thread about cannabis. It's a controversial enough subject to warrant its own thread. If you keep the discussion here, it will derail this thread.

Hello, I stay sober because I'm giving my all to The Cause. I don't need help unwinding, and there's nothing I want to forget.

I simply need something to take away aches/pains that accompany max physical exertion at the end of the day so that I sleep soundly and can repeat the next morning.

Nonsense, to understand diet and health you need a complete worldview, I don't rely on one thing for health, it's a balance of everything in my life.

If you want to talk about homeostasis, don't forget the Supreme regulator: Sleep.

You're derailing by dismissing important aspects of health, user.

I would argue that not SMOKING a plant known to have many NEGATIVE side effects is an important aspect of health. Of course, I'm not here trying to justify an addiction.

Please. Look at these posts:

When you bring up the subject of cannabis, the thread will derail into a debate over whether or not it is degenerate. Shortly after that, both sides will start calling each other kikes, niggers, and faggots, and the whole thread will be completely derailed by emotional arguments, making actual conversation impossible.

The thread is about dietary habits and how they relate to health. If you want to talk about cannabis, please make a new thread to talk about it. That way the drama can at least be confined to its own thread. I'm not saying its not worth talking about, I am pleading with you to talk about it anywhere other than here.

Borax is sodium borate or sodium tetraborate, and supplements generally use calcium tetraborate, or boron citrate and glycinate for the good shit.

If you know enough chemistry to get that shit out of borax, go for it. Otherwise, do not recommend.

Sent me scurrying.. no boron is the element, it is mined as borax, the salt (sodium tetraborate pentahydrate). 'chemically uncombined boron is not otherwise found naturally on Earth.'

Look into Candida. Everyone has it. and if u eat shit it will start to over grow and send chemical signals to control you.

You don't have to destroy plants to eat squash, pumpkin, fruit, berries etc. They want to be eaten.

Ideally you want at least one good shit a day, two if you eat a decent breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is a literal shitpost.

I'll post ITT because it's pertinent to me. I have Crohns disease (and relatively minor compared to people that have it worse than me). It's on both sides of my family and my aunt had no response to most heavier drugs for it (though shes a mild druggie from >Vancouver)

Anyways I also have an allergy to all sorts of nuts and a few other things. Mostly my diet has been shit like stir fry with veggies, eggs, I also have soup and grilled cheese. Sometimes I'll pop a Boost or Ensure every few days for nutrition. I know those are probably pozzed too.

I've heard broccoli is an excellent antioxidant. Is it actually worth eating or is that just a meme? I eat other things too, but what should I actively avoid?

I was normally 130-135 lbs and dropped to 105, got methotrexate for treatment, and I'm actually at a comfortable 145 lbs and taking iron pills for blood improvement. I feel pretty great compared to last year

This guys retarded. Starches are the best energy source for your body. Potatoes are a quite complete food, you could live off them the rest of your life should have to.

Bone broth… wait there are people who remove the bones when they make a broth?
Do they also remove the shells when they make a seafood broth?
What are those faggots doing?

No. If that were true then cows would be at peak health with all of the corn starch they eat. Speaking of that, starches are over-represented in the american diet. Typically converted to glucose, too much can lead to diabetes and inflammation - the latter of which is over-present in america. The liver has to convert gram after gram of starch and can at best only convert 20 grams without complications and the rest gets stored as fat, which is why cows are a good example of that. And health complications arise with every pound of weight you exceed past your optimal weight.

You're a fucking idiot. He's a vegan diet shill that tells people to stay away from healthier food choices like animal oils. Replace starches with root vegetables instead.

Potatoes are garbage. They are high in calcitriol which is an extra potent form of calcium that in abundance leads to calcification of soft tissue. Try taking your own advice and living off of it for life and see what happens.

Vegans. When will they learn? Well I guess they can't or otherwise they would realize who is scamming their health away.

You wouldn't pour oil down the drain, don't pour it down your throat.

Great advice on there. You could add white button mushrooms (extremely effective aromatase inhibitor, also very cheap and widely available), and celery (substantially boosts testosterone. Even just the smell of celery can boost T), and parsley (helps the body move cholesterol into the testes to make T), to the anti-estrogen/pro-T section.

Also, wouldn't hurt to add a note about a few of the most effective antioxidants and neurogenesis promoting herbs and things somewhere - turmeric, chia seeds, broccoli sprouts, etc.

The one and only cure to depression is fixing your worldview, not even kidding. Better physical well-being isn't going to do shit, unless perhaps overcoming something truly life-threatening, because that's going to make you focus the very basic value of survival.

If you have purpose, even if you're suffering, you can justify that suffering by thinking in the end it's going to be worth it. If you don't, you'll feel lacking even in your best shape.

Such as?

Fast for two days, water or green tea only, you'll feel the brain fog lift during the fast. Then start taking probiotic yogurt, with vitamin B complex, Magnesium and Zinc. Also, general anti-inflammation strategies could help. Try turmeric with black pepper (16 parts turmeric to 1 part pepper ratio) in some hot water with a bit of butter (various active compounds in the turmeric and pepper are fat soluble).

You trying to get a wizard and a zombie up in here? Because this is how you get wizards and zombies Pam!

If you eat probiotic yogurt every day it might make sense to make your own yogurt. You basically get whatever probiotic supplement you like, capsule or liquid, and add it to milk and it makes yogurt.

Zard?

this is all I can think of now

I started taking it a week ago. The theoretical lethal dose is twice as high as table salt, with similar symptoms. Look at MSDS and other sources yourself.

what happens when I drink lots of beer everyday?

A lot of blue pilled information here so I stopped reading the thread and I'm just going to say my piece.
The only information I have of this link between diet and mental health is besides deficiencies of b12 and such from vegetarian diets is the allergy many people have of gluten and casein this has been linked to schizophrenia etc.
Stop eating wheat it is incredibly processed and unnatural. The only problem with dairy is that it is pasteurized and from sick cows not being fed grass. I still eat some for the calcium. The advice everyone here is saying to eat more fiber is just bluepilled as fuck. We don't digest fiber and it causes a lot of problems for people. We don't have the digestive tract for plant matter and are far more suited for animal products especially Europeans plant matter would be eaten quite sparingly or in starvation circumstances. On paper they look nutritious but this is when you have to think for yourself and trust your intuition. They look nutrititous on paper but that is when they extract the nutrients in labs not in your gut which may be very poor at absorbing these minerals etc. For sure have some vegetables, fruits and onions for taste and stuff but don't make them the pillars of your diet which should be animal based and you should be running on fat not sugar this is the real cause of the mental issues of vegans etc. Many of the vitamins are also fat soluble and if you eat a kilo of broccoli it looks great on paper but your body won't absorb it very well. Fiber is also proven to raise shbg in vegans which in turn lowers the Free testosterone. I still eat some fiber but I don't like to get above 25g and much better to be at 5-10g. When I have eaten a bunch of fruit I notice a much fouler smell and blood on the toilet paper this is because the plant matter rots in your guts and many nutrients are pulled from your body to break it down.
Make your own mind up but ask yourself what is being shilled by mainstream today. Veganism/vegetarianism and fiber as being healthy. Saturated fat has been demonised as well as cholesterol something Europeans have historically eaten a lot more than plant matter.

No shit, Sherlock.

t. absolute retard.

Also, the high fiber ketogenic deits being suggested by most high quality posters in this thread are high in saturated fat and cholesterol and include reasonable portions of animal products and meat including high nutrient density animal foods like organ meats and bone broth. You're uneducated and you didn't even accurately read the posts you're vaguely disagreeing with. Stop posting.

The fact that diet can be tied to psychological health has been known for hundreds of years, at least since 1409. It's just buried by the kikes who want you to keep eating their soylent green-tier filth. It's notably mentioned in a number of Charles Dickens' books.

Maybe if you would think for yourself for once instead of relying on appeal to authority you could learn something. What would a traditional European diet actually be like? Do you see any truth in the media or anywhere in society today? What makes you think they would tell you the truth about nutrition? The food pyramid is an inversion like all other things in our culture it's upside down. I suppose if you get cancer you will just go and chemo yourself to death despite extremely low % of people getting better or if you have acne just nuke your gut with their 'medicine' which is just antibiotic and leave you with no immune system and low testosterone. Don't believe their lies think for yourself.

If you are eating a good fatty meat diet, you absolutely don't need or want high fiber. Your shits will be fine. It doesn't even make sense to eat fiber with it.

I also told you about high fiber raising shbg look it up.

It's the opposite for me. When I get stressed my asshole puckers up and nothing comes out. Took me like two weeks before I actually took a shit in bootcamp.

Are you retarded? Also, is this leddit? Read my posts again and learn basic reasoning and intellectual honesty. And stop triple posting you absolute mong.

Cool, I'll take your word for it instead of all the research I've ever read about the role of various kinds of fiber in regulating the gut microbiome.

Note how stupid anti-fiber posters are.

just 3 days without shitting from the diet in mine (not typical messhall fare) and I was passing out from needing to shit.

medical keto is not like a natural diet, read those who have tried it with just meat and grease and I have seen none who suggested more fiber.

It wasn't working for some reason whatever. I did make a point about vegan diets raising shbg and therefore inhibiting free T the most important T. But throwing studies at me is meaningless I could probably find a bunch that would say vegan is the healthiest diet of all despite it obviously being not true.

Opinions on glycine as a supplement?

No opinion on glycine specifically but some people in body building like it. But you're probably deficient in magnesium like the majority of the population so you could kill two birds with one stone with a magnesium glycinate bulk powder.

How is that nordic? coffee? 'Healthy fats' vegetable oils are not healthy fats not even olive oil why are there coconuts there? how does this make sense? Saturated fat is the real healthy fat! That myth needs to die. All of those vegetables would only be eaten in summer and it wouldn't be that much most of the land would be used for livestock and vegetables need incredibly fertile soil and most of it would perish because of pests they would most likely just eat wild grown. Many people are allergic to nightshades btw I had joint pain in my knee never again after stopping nightshades.

Don't put anything from a lab into your body I have tried all of their bullshit. Even if its just herbs be fucking careful they are much stronger than you think. If you want creatine eat raw meat.

non-essential, eat some gelatin if you want it
you know who shilled for supplements? Emanuel Kidega Samson

Good point, I hadn't thought of that

What's wrong with diatomaceous earth? My Dad has it in his daily smoothie.

Learned something. Thank user.

wild yeasts are the answer you're looking for. Pick wild fruit at its peak ripeness and you'll have the proper yeast.

What about nightshade intolerance?

Think Twice: How the Gut's "Second Brain" Influences Mood and Well-Being
The emerging and surprising view of how the enteric nervous system in our bellies goes far beyond just processing the food we eat

Given the two brains' commonalities, other depression treatments that target the mind can unintentionally impact the gut. The enteric nervous system uses more than 30 neurotransmitters, just like the brain, and in fact 95 percent of the body's serotonin is found in the bowels.

More and more research supports a gut health-brain health link that depends on the gut microbiome.

But specific diet and, even more, supplement recommendations are still sketchy. It's not clear that probiotic supplements are effective in changing the gut microbiome. It probably helps to include various probiotic and pre-biotic foods in your diet.

Prebiotic basically means fiber which the gut bacteria feed on, i.e., veggies - which would explain OP's link to how often you shit.

Onions and garlic are two great prebiotics.

Eat protein.
God damn you fucking faggots try to make everything so complicated. Get the right Fat/Protein/Carb Macro mix and make sure your micros are good too, or take a multivitamin if you're a lazy shit who can't be bothered to eat vegetables or organ meats.

This is very good. Bumping this post as everyone should watch it.

ya'll need to research dr sebi

eat electric foods tesla would be proud

You get fat (lots of sugar and needless calories) and raise your estrogen levels due to hops and the ethanol itself. If you really want alcohol to use a depressant, try hard-liquor, there's less calories and less estrogen. Gin, vodka and whiskey is more your friend in this case.

Yes you should be not eating white sugar, caffeine, or any refined sweeteners.

You should not be eating white bread, or things that come packed in boxes or plastics.

You should walk into your standard grocery store and be very aware that 80-90% of the things are untouchable refined trash meant to weaken you.

It's simple really. bacteria live in your gut. Some bacteria make chemicals that make you anxious, others don't.

Yes, it is 90% diet

Get fucked.

Just avoid the center aisles, most things around the periphery of the store are healthy.
(Dairy/Eggs, meat, veg)

You'd probably do that if every image and video was about drinking cyanide. Faggot.

Processed sugars that is. Fruits and caramelized vegetables contain the actually useful sugars, but it's better to boil or grill them rather than fry them to keep oil out of your diet. Only use fresh fruit or wild/organic honey for a sweets dish. Cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup are basically poison

Not eating white bread/noodles is important. My typical sandwhich is 15-grain bread with peanutbutter, avacado and sunflower seeds. Speaking of bread, does anyone know where I can find non-kosher rye? Rye is actually of Germanic origin before the jews stole it (same goes with lox, which is swedish and a good protein source)

Meat really depends on the source. Game and wild caught fish are best, but you should limit your offal intake because organs are very high in cholesterol. It's good to eat them sporadically since they are high in nutrients. Hormone fed meat, factory farmed meat, and corn fed beef are the worst.

what do you think of ezekiel bread?

Found the ADA/AHA faggot.

Maybe if you want to be a weak faggot.

Only option left is that you are a regular user who has the height as a femanon. If you were 6 feet or over, you would have listed weights centered around an average of 175 rather than 125.
