People who are capable enough to choose where they work naturally gravitate to occupations which put them close to things they're attracted to and enjoy.
The shocked reaction we always see when a teacher or social worker is found to be a pedophile has always puzzled me. The reasoning seems to be "how could someone working in this profession be a child molester?" but if anything we should be less surprised, they have simply put themselves in reach of what they want.

Spot on. This brings up a thought. These chills often come in ignorant. Perhaps they didn't do their homework, or retain much if they studied. They get called out so often. But by the process of calling them out, pol is often educating them, at least individually. Perhaps a cultural practice of calling out chills in more coded ways is in order.
