So I'm slowly but surely warming up to the idea that I've been lied to about the Holocaust and the Nazis.
Something I haven't really found a answer to though, is the 1.1 million Jews that were killed by the Einsatzgruppen. Did they really kill them?

No, that many weren't even killed throughout the entirety of the war on all sides combined. They were a badass mop up crew, few in numbers, but effective. They trailed behind major movements and shit kicked partisans, commies, and insurgents causing trouble, most happened to be jews.
More or less executioners. When they took over an area they went to the locals to find the ones responsible for the crimes being carried out on the populace and delivered justice. They only started mass executions on the retreat when the front was lost and came back to said areas seeing them causing all kinds of havoc.
This is why you don't treat a jew or commie with honor or aryan justice. You just shoot them in the face and be done with it.

Irving believes the body counts were inflated for the same reason the US military inflated them during Vietnam.
I'm sure there were sporadic shootings of jews and commies but I doubt it was a million. jews didn't hang around for the Germans to capture them, they evacuated beforehand.

From what I have learned/tallied, in total approximately 4.5 million Jews throughout Europe died over the course of WW2. Zero percent of that number died in gas chambers. Most died beause it was a war, and people were dying all over everywhere. Just in Germany alone, 16-20 million German civilians died in the same period from the same myriad of causes that killed the Jews, and another 6-8 died after the war ended.
The causes were of course Allied-induced. Though herded and directed by Jews, we were responsible for the killing that we did in the war.

Einsatzgruppen killed partisans. Were many of them Jews? Probably, but that's really quite incidental.
The 1.1 million number sounds horribly inflated to me.
Oh, and as an aside, only 430,000 died in the camps according to official records published by the Russians in the 1990's.

you should know that the eastern front had tons of raiders. Its something people dont tell you since they wanted to demonize everyone that was involved in the fighting due to politics.

I've heard people say it was fabricated since it was presented at the Nuremberg Trials, but if it's true then that kinda confirms the whole gassing story.
