There's two threads and the main one is become a shit fest because Porch Monkey refuses to budge. Just like every other fiasco, the only way to get shit done is to get other boards to be aware of the situation (especially the large ones) and get on their shit about it.
The laws say site owners should be "expedient." Expedient in a court case is typically within a week or so unless it's something that requires immediate action as soon as the issue is found out about. A global could simply say "I've informed the BO that this DMCA notice has been filed and I'm giving them 48/72 hours to respond before I take it down myself" and it would be considered "expedient" in a court of law.
Not that it matters since the Towerfag cuck is from ITALY.
