I wouldn't be surprised if a black plague pops up in Los Angeles City's Downtown section or in any of the many homeless camps across the city. It might even be accelerated if someone sets up bucket rat spinning traps to catch live rats from the hillsides and release them into the city increasing the rat population artificially by introducing rats from the rural areas into the city. Every freeway underpass in Los Angeles has a mini skid row now fueled by Mexican Cartel Drugs primarily heroine and meth. It is funny watching LA Liberals complain about the homeless now that they have a skid row right next to them and its not far away from their neighborhood. The biggest skid row area that is not in DTLA is in Santa Monica which is technically a different city (just like beverly hills and culver city are not part of LA City) but surrounded by LA City none the less. The Metro has allowed the homeless to access new parts of the city at a low low cost. And the Metro itself is primarily occupied by the homeless people with very little to no policing. A couple of female niggers even pushed an old senior citizen nigger on the tracks one time. If there is a big earthquake in LA or if the homeless population continues to increase at the rate it is growing then there will be a riot at some point or a plague.
