Something about this whole story seems very odd.
First of all, the mom looks like an octoroon and the kid looks hispanic so there's no way this kid is more than 1/16 black. Considering some of the features of his other siblings, I'm guessing the dad was a 50/50 hispanic/white mix. So this kid is really probably close to 75% white, 25% hispanic. That's why they call him "biracial" not black. Look at his and his sister's hair in pictures - stick straight and light brown. The mom is just black enough to use the race card, but the kid isn't.
Then, look at the second picture down. The issues with the story. Some kids who were bullying him told him to put his head in a noose and he complied? What did he expect to happen? Secondly, obviously his life wasn't in danger if he was able to free himself. She acts like the cops are ignoring how serious it is, but it sounds like it wasn't something that could have been life threatening, let alone an attempt to lynch someone. Notice the kosher language "before he ended up dropping to the ground". No, before he easily freed himself. This whole story sounds like something a kid makes up when they do something stupid and don't want to admit it to their mom. I'm guessing this kid was messing around and hurt himself and his friends just laughed at him and so he worked up the story so he could get a major pity fest from his mom.
Finally, the moms use of social media to pimp the story into some sort of racial issue is highly suspicious and almost makes me wonder if this whole story isn't fabricated to cover up abuse. So many red flags going up over this, there's just no way.
