Frank West lands in Raccoon City during the incident instead of Willamette. What changes?

How does infection work in Dead Rising? I don't think would handle Birkin or Nemesis well at all. He probably could take a Tyrant with its limiter on though. Hunters can one shot, so they could wreck him early too. Then there's the giant gator and the plethora of spiders and lickers too.

It works basically the same as the t-virus except through a bee/wasp. Since this is Raccoon City the bees wouldn't be there though

It could be a fun game and the thought of Frank in Racoon City reminds of a scene from Outbreak where the survivors gaze upon an army of undead in the city.

Frank's survival would largely depend on how grabby the RE zombies are. The only reason he survives large groups are shopping carts, vehicles and the inability for too many undead to capitalize on his moments of vulnerability, such as when he gets knocked down.

Is Chop Till You Drop worth playing?

You know, it's actually kind of an interesting scenario.

What if, we lived in an alternate reality where Resident Evil didn't take itself seriously and had Frank West as it's protagonist from day one, and the gameplay consistend in finding items and combining them into temporary weapons?

Would it have been critically acclaimed like RE was in our reality?

More claustrophobic level design but the environments would be very rich in detail.
