no, sorry I'm not gonna kill myself in the name of an leftist anime image board. Plus these boats are much harder to take out than one might believe. One bomb even a large one would only take out a compartment and then the safety mechanisms would engage keeping the boat and locking all the doors that are connected to that room. If there was not a hole then the air would be sucked out of that room to extinguish any fires. So it's pretty fucking hard to take out one U.S. boat even as a lone sailor. An anecdote to this is that suicidal sailor's on 6-9 month deployments on boats have tried.

I think the travel the world mindset is also part of it. People who join are much more open to other cultures and might be able to see the bigger picture conjoined with multiple perspectives of other cultures. ex.

There are other ports, but it just helps educate people that hey maybe the more you work doesn't really mean you'll be paid more and you're gonna live a really shitty life due to conditions beyond your control.
