I worked a lot of different roles in the healthcare industrial complex, moving up as I got more education and experience. Spent a lot of shifts on weekends on a residential unit for children and teens aged 4-17 segregated by age, this particular facility was not segregated by gender but most are. What do you guys want to hear about?

Somethings noteworthy from this job.

1. It was the weekend so there was no structure other than the schedule we as staff were *supposed* at adhere to and groups we were supposed to do. There was a lot of downtime and unstructured time as it was the weekend and they weren't forced to sit in a classroom doing busy work like M-F.

2. There were times at this place where the ratio shifted as patients were discharged. The typical stay was 3 months to a year depending on their insurance (lmao) and whether or not their parents wanted them home… and lastly, based on the severity of their symptoms.

One time, on the adolescent unit (ages 13-17, mixed with male and female) there was one very unfortunate girl who was unattractive, overweight and probably mentally retarded. She was largely overlooked by the boys and often resulted to threats of harming herself and suicide to get attention from *mostly* us staff. Because we have to. However, hilariously enough, when all the other female patients were discharged at a period in time of very low census, there were about 6 boys and believe it or not, they all vied for her affection. It was hilarious to see as she was absolutely bottom of the barrel tier and so were many of the boys but they still ignored her despite being near equals. As long as there was any other sort of female peer, that is.

Holmes who get sent to prison when they're MKUltra-tier out of it.
