So I'm probably going to upload the prologue of my story on pastebin soon-ish. There will be next to no Neps in the prologue simply because I'm not entirely comfortable with the format and pacing. Like I said before I have a skeleton of a premise but no proper story arc yet so if all goes well a proper chapter one would be weeks off at the earliest. I expect criticism and demand it damn it. I can improve if the feedback is honest, consistent, and within my current abilities to do so.

Nepgear and either form. Not like she's that much different. If I had to choose, then probably HDD since she is slightly more confident, so it'd probably make her come across as more mature and therefore a little bit older.
Though in V-II, she is much more mature, so that's not really an issue.

That was something in OG HDN too, IIRC towards the end she wanted to retire from being a CPU after the Expo attack in that game. And Ultradimension Noire feels pretty miserable as a CPU too. Since this is over multiple games it's safe to say that's a general background theme with her across the series. She really HATES her job, but can't quit for a variety of reasons (Uni isn't strong enough, pride, patriotism, etc).

I haven't read a lot of your stories, but it seems you usually base the main character of your story at least partially upon yourself, right? The reference to the promised day story was cute, although I don't really agree with dimensional travel being possible like that. I also did like some parts where you added a bit of humor

We have Noire really hating her job with possible regrets. Vert seems occasionally delusional and suffering from island madness when it comes to imoutos, not so much so if you count Mk2/RB2's conquest where she gets her shit together faster than micro$oft wants money. Neptune doesn't seem to have any background issues unless you count her hurt pride at being yelled at by Histoire. Blanc my be on the same page as Neptune minus getting yelled at, she MIGHT has some animosity towards Rom and Ram but that could be misinterpreted as tough love because she wants the best for them in her own way.

I play both, so I wouldn't do either. You can make actual characters in CM3D2 whereas in AA you have to make things that look similar without being perfect.
Of course, my Nepgear isn't perfect in CM3D2 either. I can't really choose between one or the other. Why not keep both?

Neptune…Nep's paranoid about her relationship with her sister, in a way. She's terrified that she'll do something to hate her and leave her forever. That said she does treat her fairly poorly at times (due to her laziness usually). Both the Super and Hyper versions don't feel comfortable in "heavy situations" in human form, less so than the other CPUs. That's partially why she tries being so chipper all the time.

Blanc generally feels inadequate about a number of things. Her chest size because her lack of development makes feel not like a girl, her ability to protect her nation or her family…she can get emotionally overwhelmed, despite her loud mouth and bantz.
