Your body will naturally get stronger proportionately so long as you do all your compound lifts. You should be focusing on lifts like squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press, pullups, rows, etc.

If you want something to really hit your entire back, I'd recommend rows. Just make sure they're proper pendlay rows (torso parallel to the ground, picking up from the floor every rep) instead of bro-rows where you just thrust your hips a bunch. Those should be good for your traps. But again, I firmly believe that if you're still a beginner, you shouldn't really need to focus on specific spots like you're some sort of body builder who needs more definition on their serratus anterior or whatever.

How the fuck do they do it? How can they have such flippant disregard for the logical underpinnings and clear expression of what they presumably really care about and are arguing for incessantly? How do they completely disregard anything said by the other party and just keep saying they're right? Wouldn't a small bit of curiosity alone at least make you consider your opponent's ideas for a second?
