First 5 are nice, but they are pretty different so play them only if you really want.
Nearly after the year I can beat all of them on normal except first 2 and few extra and phantasm

Jokes aside i don't think there's really a correct way to get into touhou. I got into it via megamari as i love megaman clones, then doujins, and then i was a lot more determined to beat the main games because i was invested in it now.

If i had just started the main games hard only i probably would have just gotten scared off. So really just start with whatever interests you and roll from there. But at least try to beat all the main games on normal at some point.

I recommend Perfect Cherry Blossom. I prefer the way the bombs work in it rather than the new ones.
