As far as I can tell nothing illegal was done on the part of the rally organizers. There may be incentive to make some shit up, but just because he was arrested doesn't mean he will flip. In radical political movements sometimes people get arrested. If we treat everyone who gets arrested by a hostile government like a traitor that doesn't help us. We have to be aware of the risks.
