Anyway, the best organizational structure is probably a cell structure similar to the Nests of the Iron Guard. If you have ever read the Nest manual, it lays out a good model that I believe is probably ideal for our situation, in that it maintains a sort of hierarchy and polices the behavior of the individual cells while allowing for a great amount of autonomy on the part of the cells at the same time.
