So how would you rebuff people on the right, particularly the "alt-right" who try to make the case christianity is soopr doopr capitalist and/or fascist and/or "things we like" and then minority/homosexual/things we don't like/etc. hating?
I've seen them spin a thousand tales about "muh tower of babel means races interacting is bad even though that is in the torah and doesn't really apply to inter-racial couples but whatever" or "it says sell your cloak and buy a sword so it's actually about buying black uniforms and marching in a line!!".or "back to the torah again it says a man and man shouldn't lay as a man and woman lay together but jesus is a new covenant but also muh torah".
I'm not necessarily against christianity in theory, but it seems like a lot of people use it against us. Or, at the very least, enough people believe it is against us that it might as well be.
