It saves a lot of time and effort, but most importantly I don't have to deal with people.

It is a shame that local retailers are getting fucked over, but online stories serious do just provide a better service. I remember the days of walking through a mall, dept store, or big box store trying to find what I wanted. It became so much easier with online shopping not just because it allows you to be lazy and not leave your home, but because it's so much easier to find exactly what you want by just searching for it.
