Central MA user here - Worcester county, which is considered central MA, and then everything west of that, usually leans 50/50 in their voting. In Worcester county, most townships will vote red, but that will hardly matter since Worcester holds the majority of the population in the county (as it's the second most populated city in New England, next to Boston), and they're usually blue.

Of course, any votes in central and western MA are dwarfed by the monolithic blue on the coast and from Boston, which holds the majority of the political power. We're effectively a city-state governed by the whims of those faggots on the coast.
