Remasters are the blu-ray re-releases of video games. It's only worthwhile in a small handful of instances otherwise the original is just fine.

Well the PC port to 1 and 2 were shit so maybe when the game hits the bay it actually might be worth playing.

Hell even mods could fix the changes in dialog to make it almost exactly the same. Probably is that while I could barely run the old port on my toaster I'll never be able to play this one on it now.

I'm fine with games being ported to new hardware. It's always good for things to be available on as many platforms as possible. Calling them remasters when minimal effort has gone into updating them is incredibly shady though.
