Nutrition and Physical Degeneration

Good day, dear Holla Forums.

I would like to share knowledge in areas that might be interesting to others, so their not making the same mistakes and / or bad experiences as I do. I apologize very much for this text and my bad English skills. I have full understanding if someone does not want to read this long message.

I think that this topic might be interesting for a few people, since physical beauty is for many a sign of health.

[Story]
It began with the fact that during my childhood and youth I was mainly fed on cereal and sugary foods. I have not paid attention to myself. The consequences / "facial deformities" were rapid, such as crooked teeth & nose, caries, teeth pulling, overbite, an asymmetrical, narrow and long face shape and amalgam fillings. It was anything but attractive or beautiful, but at that time it did not bother me.

Some years later, women became interesting and I realized that with this look, it was very hard to get to know the other sex. So I decided to take better care of myself. This included a fixed brace, surgeries, several visits to the orthodontist and various doctors, dietary changes, sports activities, change of clothes style, avoiding pornographic material, drug consumption, etc.

In the adult age I was told by my orthodontist that my narrow jaw and overbite must be corrected surgically. There is no other possibility, since the bones are solid. In the hospital I got a device to the palate (rapid maxillary expansion appliance). This had to be turned every day so that the jaw could be broadened bit by bit. After about a year I had to go to the hospital again to correct my overbite.

Very often, I hear from other people that genetics plays an important role. Whether it is hair loss, crooked teeth, an unattractive face or other "diseases". I am not a doctor, but because of my own experiences, friends, relatives and acquaintances, I believe that we can influence our genetics with the right diet and physical exercise either positively, or negatively.

I came to this realization when I discovered the works of a man named Weston Andrew Valleau Price. When I understood everything correctly, he was a dentist and nutritionist who was looking for factors that required good health and was lacking in the modern world - he found them mainly in food.

Especially in the food of different peoples living in solitude from modern civilization, he found that these had little to no decay / caries and also no degeneration of the body. He also noted that a "deformed body" can be created by a mainly sugary and cereal diet (especially in growth).

People who, on the other hand, have fed a healthy diet from birth, rarely had to deal with the problems mentioned above. A healthy and balanced diet has been defined as: animal intestines, healthy fats (coconut oil, red palm oil, ghee), raw milk (cheese), bone broth, cod liver oil, algae (spirulina, chlorella), various fish and much more.
In addition, this should be avoided: fluorides, sugar, amalgam fillings, artificial sweeteners, antinutrients (phytic acid, gluten, tannins, oxalates, lectins, saponins, trypsin inhibitors, isoflavones, solanine, chaconine), soy, and wheat.

With this contribution I would like to inquire whether you see it as much as I do, or have a completely different opinion on the subject. I would be very happy about helpful, interesting and informative answers.

I've got all those problems, and I'm in my mid 20s. I look like I have a jewish hooked nose, even though I have no jewish blood. And I definitely have a problem with my jaw being smaller than most females (i'm a male), plus the overbite which is not a good look. It makes me look I have nigger blood, but I also do not have any.

I must be have had a bad diet when I was younger. Probably eating too much cereal and processed school lunch box crap filled with chocolate and minimal nutrition in the sandwiches. Years later, at present my diet is vastly greater now though with organic vegetables, increased meat and dairy, and minimal processed carbs. Just wish it was always like this. :(

I'm guessing my school diet fucked me up, but I was also born way too prematurely, and that might have damaged my genetics somewhat.

Thank you for sharing your age and story with us.

May I ask you purely out of interest, if you could correct all your "facial deformities" (with or without surgeries), or do you still have problems (e.g., oblique teeth)?

What are the best foods to fight thinning hair in the front of your scalp?

...

Thank you for your question. Some information about hair loss:

Even if people are convinced that hair loss is genetic, I do not think that this is 100% true. There are undoubted cases that are genetic, but in my opinion, this is only a very small percentage of humanity. Most people nowadays underestimate food and physical exercise. These two factors play a very important role, even if others have a completely different opinion.

Food rich in zinc, B vitamins, C, D3 + K2, B3, B12, A, fiber, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and clean protein can stop / prevent hair loss. This also applies to other internal as well as external diseases. Healthy fats should not be forgotten.

Avoid sugar-containing food, refined carbohydrates, soy, wheat, conventional meats + fish, trans fats and pasteurized dairy products as much as possible.

In my youth, as many others, I watched daily pornographic material on the Internet. Today I would say I was addicted at this time. It was much easier to watch such movies and satisfy my sexual desire for a short time, instead of speaking to women outside the computer screen and making real experiences. After a while I noticed that my hair became thinner and fall out after one or more ejaculations. So I started the search engine and looking for terms like semen/sperm + hair loss and quickly found hundreds or thousands of articles reported that many nutrients lost after ejaculation (including zinc).

I also became aware of the so-called "NoFap" + "NoPorn" and tried it out immediately. But I have to admit that it was not easy and I needed several attempts. During this time, I switched my diet and started to exercise regularly. Whether sexual abstinence / semen retention (+no pornography) works or not, everyone should decide for themselves. There are people who notice an improvement of their life, and others nothing at all.

There was in my life a certain time, in which I lost many hairs, but was never bald or had bald spots. Since I live healthy, I have no more problems. My recommendation is to eat as naturally as possible. No processed + packaged food with different and unknown ingredients. If you have any questions, please ask.

My teeth don't line up at all. Top row is more forward than the bottom row; overbite. Because of my small jaw, i'm worried that with my teeth so close together right now, they could become seriously crooked in the coming years, especially with my wisdom teeth that are still growing. Wisdom teeth removal is optional and usually not recommended here in Britain.

Honestly, I haven't seen a dentist in many years, probably because they are all pakis and niggers, who barely speak English, and I want somebody who I can talk to.

Do you recommend surgery to fix my problems?

I have grey translucent lines/spots in my teeth, possible fluoride pockets. We don't have fluoridated water, but I do drink black tea. I've heard it has high fluoride levels, I'm drinking less now, and taking calcium supplements.

Holy shit that first image looks like me, really creepy.

I also have really thin bones, probably from the same nutrition/premature birth problems.

Thanks, I appreciate your quick response very much. I also had all these problems in my childhood, youth, and even adulthood.

According to the information from different orthodontists and doctors in the hospital, it is much easier as a child and adolescent to correct the jaw without surgery since the bones are not yet firm. In my case it was unfortunately too late, because I was 21 - 22 years old at that time.

Overall, there were two surgeries. The first was a rapid maxillary expansion appliance, because my jaw was too narrow and the doctors had to make it wider. After that, I had to wait a year for the main overbite correction. All the risks and dangers of surgery were discussed with a doctor. These included rebleeding, numbness, swelling, wound infections, nerve damage and dysesthesia.

Fortunately, there were no problems during and after the surgeries, except for a few weeks a swollen face and numbness. After the surgery of the lower jaw, I had to insert elastic bands for several weeks to correct small things and to stabilize the jaw. Admittedly, it is a bit annoying at the beginning, but after a certain time you get used to it.

In the first few weeks you can or should not eat anything solid, but rather soup and soft food. For example, I have often boiled potatoes and sweet potatoes, crushed them to a mash, seasoned with spices, and scrambled eggs or / and fish.

Chewing is very difficult at first and hurts. When I was discharged from the hospital, I ate a lot of fruit and similar foods (various berries, dates, figs, coconut milk, cocoa nibs, bee pollen, manuka honey, mangoes, apricots, bananas, tangerines, kiwi, plums and much more). Whether fresh, dried or frozen and vegetables (beetroots, celery, fennel, ginger, carrots, broccoli).

Many different fruits in the blender and hours later a juice of vegetables (the oxalate content is well known to me during this process) in all colors. I preferred thick liquid smoothies because I could eat them slowly with a spoon and it was a meal replacement for me.

Please do not hesitate, if you or someone else have a few questions. I'm looking forward to reading from you.

I'm sorry, I forgot to answer your question.

My honest opinion: It depends on whether you can live with these "facial deformities" well or not. In my case it was so bad that I was embarrassed to smile at other people. The main reason for this was no oblique teeth, but my overbite.

Interesting story, thanks for making this thread.

That transformation is so massive, that it's hard to believe it's real.

I always wondered why I was so much more attractive at 10 years old, but so ugly at 20. Nutrition problems i guess, but I could have some ugliness in my genetics that manifested, I don't know. Life is hard.

It would certainly feel good to have a normal attractive face. Having surgery though to completely restructure my face just seems strange, I’d be worried that nobody would recognise me any more.

Although my mind and soul don't feel very comfortable with my current face as it is. It's like my mind has a different image of how I should look and how I perceive myself to look, but it's not the way I currently look when i look in the mirror. I'm sure you understand.

My opinion on having the surgery to fix it, is complicated. I always looked at Asians who modify their faces, to look more Aryan, to be dishonest, for lying about their real genetics, and how their offspring would look.

If I could convince myself that my current appearance is not representative of my real genetics, but caused by environmental factors, and that my modified face would be closer to my real genetics, then I might consider it. It's difficult to know how I should look, since I have no brothers. My father was certainly more attractive than me.

Also I've grown really cautious of doctors though, and lost a lot of trust in them. I feel they don't have as many answers for illnesses as they claim to have. Cancer is one example, with the complete scam behind most cancer "treatments". Their lack of nutritionally knowledge and over prescribing of drugs is disheartening.

I'm also really socially inadequate and diagnosed as a sperg. It could be that this diagnosis of Aspergers/Autism is all just caused by my appearance, and because my deformed face can't express emotion very well, I got labelled into the Autism category. It's difficult for me to tell for sure though.

You posted an image of a second generation Abbo, with the facial deformities, I've noticed that my mother also had some of the problems that I’ve got. So I could be a victim of bad diet, or I could have inherited some of them, or a combination of both. I wish i knew which it was.

I certainly feel as though me and my mother's appearance are not the natural appearance of my lineage. The ugliness isn't seen in any of my other relatives. My mother was born from old parents, so I'm thinking that having children at a late age could mutate genetics in a negative way? I've heard this mentioned before.

You are warmly welcome. I can understand everything you write very well. As if we had the same life story.

Unfortunately, this thread has been "Bumplocked", but I hope you read my message. To be honest I found myself as a toddler also "normal" or attractive, but in the youth everything was worse.

I had the same thoughts before my surgeries. So that no one would recognize me anymore. But to be honest, the changes were very slight. The doctors told me that before.

However, I have to say that complications and problems can often occur after surgery. Internet forums dealing with jaw operations are filled with members who unfortunately report a lot of negative things.

Yes, many doctors can no longer be trusted, since it is primarily the big money. In the field of health, billions are earned.

And is there a way to contact you (outside of this site)? Would like to stay in touch with you, if it is okay.

Good tips, thanks OP.

I don't have many social media outlets, or public emails I can share right now, but if you or me duplicate this thread over on >>>/improve/, i'll probably make another post over there, after I've done some thinking about my options.

Thanks for the thread.

I thank you. I'm glad if I could help someone.

No problem. Thanks for your answer. Since this thread is locked, I will post it again on /improve/.

I am registered in a forum, which is mainly about the appearance. If you are interested, take a look at my thread. I would appreciate a message from you.

I can well understand that people consider orthomolecular medicine to be absolute nonsense. It is in no way natural to consume vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the form of tablets or powders. In addition, food supplements have in many cases no positive effect on our health. Especially in the field of sport (for example, bodybuilding), a lot of money is made with products that are nothing more than a placebo. Real foods should therefore always be in the first place. Supplements only as an additional aid.
