While I concur that it is partial evidence, it isn't hard evidence as Pincus could easily state that those caps are "edited". How could you argue around this? The best way to archive things is to use archive()is for articles and archive()org for entire webpages that have videos etc. Even better, create a video, both using a camcorder to the screen AND using video recording sotware, and then show them the article for further archival purposes. I had no idea that both archival websites were spineless jellyfish, so, we need to take extra preventative measures to ensure that any articles and tweets are not going to (((vanish without a trace))). I'd like to hear anyone's thoughts on archival matters and add to what i said in case i missed anything worthy to note.
