Its honestly more trouble than its worth but if you really want to, I'd recommend downloading Sexout, Sexual Inneundo, the Sexual Inneundo merge so it wont break, as well as the NPC plugin. What that will do, is add the features of Sexual Inneundo with the slightly less stiff animations from Sexout.

You MIGHT want to get sexual assault which basically lets your character and companions get stalked, but it tends to be really fucky. Also they removed YOU being able to rape NPCs because of dumbfuck "You gotta draw the line somewhere" logic.

Dead Money adds very little to the main game and is only good ONCE. I never replay it.

Best DLC is Old World Blues. Best for content is probably Honest Hearts since it makes Survival useful and adds recipes for a lot of random mojave drops.

I actually find Dead Money to be the biggest chore. Unless I'm specced as stealth and melee, it's an absolute fucking pain to navigate. It's also too easy to get lost, the place is a maze.

Old World Blues also gives you upgrades that make Cazadores a non-threat. It's more than worth it.

You didn't, though. Even if we ignore the casinos, just going to any location and scavenging stuff with a good weight/worth ratio would land you with lots of money, and didn't even require you to go there twice. That's not grinding, that's playing the game as was intended. And it's like that in all fallouts, even the old ones. It's very easy to get money, and there's little to spend it on, as you get the best guns and armour from quests/dungeons, and not from shops, so literally all you ever need to buy are maybe stimpacks and ammo, and even those can usually be found all over the place for free.

I'm glad they didn't allow for post-game content. It would have removed the sense of closure that you get from a traditional, credits-roll-and-then-it's-over ending.

Benny has about 50 guns, so I think he'd deal about 75% of Maria's max damage of 20. Headshots do double damage, so that's 30 damage per shot, meaning 60 damage for 2 shots. Level 1 courier has 100 + 20*EN hp, so a minimum of 120 and an average of 200. He could only kill you if he got 2 crits and you only had 1 endurance.
TL;DR Benny's piddly 9mm pistol didn't even come close to killing you.

Well, it's understandable. The strip is literally three corridors, two weapon shops and some casinos. There's fuck-all to do there but kill Benny, clear the casinos and get the quests from House.

The entire vegas area was originally planned to be one big city, but obsidian had to cut it out of the game because of the time constraints and console limitations. I'd start looking for a mod that fixes it.

The open-strip mod by the same guy who did NV Uncut(, which is a must-have, by the way) is pretty much a good start.

All the DLC were great for their own reasons. The fact that they were all intertwined and connected various dots says a lot about the writing team who worked on New Vegas. They did a great job.

On my first play through of Dead Money, I had that Terrifying Presence perk, and hadn't gotten to use it before, so when I saw the option to finally use a perk that I thought was useless previously, I used it. I also ended up having to kill Dean, but that was because Dean is a fucking faggot and if you ever disagree with him about anything, he'll end up hostile.

Dead Money was one of my favorite DLCs.

It's gets so boring being an unstoppable force of the Wasteland. Encountering real threats again was refreshing.

I don't know about a list but i personally liked a world of pain/bounties/shogo heavy industries/warzones, and vurt or whoever the hell that dude was from morrowind has a pretty good foliage mod. On top of the usual stuff like stutter remover/that crash reducing thing

Project Nevada is good. It changes enough of the core game mechanics to make it more fun, but without going overboard. Fucking sprinting holy shit

Also Yukichigai's Unofficial Patch is a must have. There's another community patch out there, but for everything it does right it fucks something else up.

Adding to try jsawyer, and if you're feeling masochistic Vicious Wastes. Cirosan's Classic Overhaul is pretty good too. If you want to run them all you'll need to disable PN's rebalance module, and CCO's DR and gameplay modules. Gun Behavior Mod Merge is nice if you want realistic reloading, more powerful shotguns, recoil or more jamming: you can choose what you want. Pelinor's Selective Fire adds semi-auto and burst fire to automatic weapons. I personally use this modlist: pastebin.com/xG3Mv5mi

Excellent choice, and he's easy to obtain.
That's the only home I use anyway, so it's nothing different for me.
Excellent roleplay opportunity, but having no ranged options makes combat outside of confined spaces basically impossible on my setup.
