also after looking at the pictures… unfortunately if the gov hasn't already shut that shithole down… I don't think they will. also it really depends on if that is the current state of the inside and what their regular events schedule is like. here in the states at least you might get them for blocking exits to the street with all that shit that looks like a crappy lumber yard. the lack of a hand rail on the wall. exposed wood beams in a meeting area. how many points of egress are there from their meeting and party rooms, how often are they holding events, do they have the proper permits? would be questions worth asking.
but that's for here in the states. idk about goymoney, and they're more protected by the gov there. maybe their g20 bullshit will have angered some people.
