The trick to quickly wrapping up a race war is to keep non whites contained within cities. As long as they're not supplied any resistance will collapse. I don't even see a way for the enemy to supply themselves aside for the beaners on the border via Mexico. But that's easy to take care of with armoured divisions with freed up RoE to fire anything that moves to push them back to Mexico.

For our side it's a matter of how quickly we can adapt to decentralised logistics. The massive warehouses in major cities that our logistics currently depend on will be largely off limits.
