Two main parts.

One is the meat robot lure. You have got to lure people in. Thumbnail + title use/NLP/suggestion is key here.

Two is the video mechanics.
You have to get a large initial rush of views in order to get each video anywhere. When you are starting a channel this is your biggest hurdle.
I'm not going ot give away my methods to do this but 'naming the jew' as such is enough here.

Additional #3 for retention and regular views with less legwork is honesty and good content. If you clickbait, people will get fucked off and move on, so google will also not show your video so much if there is a high rejection rate.
High rejection rate = loading shit for no advertisement/etc.
