Just as a data point, speaking as an old man, the first time I recall "New World Order" becoming part of common parlance was under George HW Bush, and basically referred to the post-Soviet Union, unipolar world as opposed to the post-WW2 superpower world. Which was pushed as a great new thing, but it basically meant that stateless capital was now free to play anywhere and everywhere and become the new de facto world government.

Honestly, this is great. We're seeing the grand narrative shift in front of our eyes. The left is quickly becoming "old and conservative of what was" and the right is becoming "new and creating progress". That's what we want. We need the right to have a vision of what could be instead of just reacting to the left's vision. Youth wants change, it wants to explore, to break ground, do what hasn't been done.
